I was so excited to hear Summit nails was opening in Summerlin, we've been missing a luxury nail salon! I've gotten two pedicures from here and both were amazing. They actually time the massage to make sure you get the full minutes included in the package. The facility is clean and all the staff are friendly and great, doesn't matter who you get! So based on these experiences I decided to try them for my nails while my nail tech was out of town and I'm SO happy I did! Emily was my nail tech and was quick and precise. I'm super particular about my nails and I didn't even have to ask her to fix anything. I almost love them more than the nail tech I've been going to for the past two years! This is for sure my new nail salon all the way around!
This salon deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, but that was where the hospitality ended. When it was our turn, the technician simply pointed at us, said my daughter's name, and walked toward the pedicure chairs without any greeting, introduction, or even basic customer service such as offering a drink. Once seated, we were only given one polish color board unless we wanted to pay an additional $15. The technician turned on the water extremely hot without checking if the temperature was comfortable. She then began my daughter's pedicure without asking what scent she wanted and added the product to the water without consulting her. During the service, she suddenly got up and walked away for several minutes without saying a word. Later during service she accepted a phone call and talked for several minutes. When my technician came over, she also skipped any introduction or hospitality, though she at least offered me two scent options. Unfortunately, the quality of both pedicures was among the worst we've experienced. For my pedicure, my feet were still rough afterward because there was very little exfoliation, the massage had virtually no pressure, I specifically asked not to have my nails cut but the technician cut them anyway (including cutting my skin), and my nails were left uneven because they were not properly filed. My gel polish also has bubbles and an uneven finish. For my daughter's pedicure, the nail shaping was uneven even after asking for corrections three separate times. She requested a French pedicure with a slightly pink base, but several toes have different base colors, the tips are uneven, and there is noticeable residue left underneath the nails. To make matters worse, when we checked out, the pricing did not match what was listed online or in the salon's service menu. We were genuinely hoping to love this salon, but unfortunately this was one of the worst salon experiences we've had, and we will not be returning.
First time here and I loved it ! Viet and Nini helped me out and made my experience here at Summit Nails Spa so enjoyable. The salon was so clean and welcoming, and Nini was incredibly thorough. My nail beds have never looked better. You can tell they truly care about their clients here at this establishment. 100/10 would come back, solely based on their outstanding customer service.
What will you find at Summit? Bougie Summerlin moms, women who work in the F&B or adult industry, and couples. Probably not the average Joe salon. They have over 20 chairs for pedicures and stay consistently busy. I've had great experiences as well as mediocre ones. My first time, I went all out with the Lush pedicure. While the products were nice, my pedicure wasn't anything special, and that's just as important as all the extras. My second and third time I got the deluxe option, which is still an upgrade from the basic pedi, and I had great experiences. Alyssa has been my favorite tech so far. They should offer champagne for a full luxury treat. Or maybe a nice latte. Something above and beyond the normal.
I've been going to Summit Nails for a while now, and Alice is hands down the best nail tech. She's incredibly talented, creative, and always comes up with fun ideas when I want to try something new. My nails always turn out beautiful, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments because she's so fun to talk to. Scheduling appointments online is also quick and easy, which makes booking super convenient. One thing I also appreciate is that their pedicure chairs are actual massage chairs. I know a lot of newer salons have switched to more modern looking chairs for the aesthetic, but I personally miss the massage chairs, so this is a huge plus for me. Great service, easy booking, great conversations, and consistently beautiful nails.
I went in for a hybrid gel removal and a manicure with no polish because I wanted to give my nails a break while still leaving them looking clean, shaped, and well cared for. Unfortunately, I paid $40 and left with my nails looking like this. I went in with almond-shaped nails, and when the tech asked if I wanted to keep the same shape, I said yes. What I left with is oval at best, with inconsistent shapes and lengths, rough edges, and an overall unfinished appearance. I completely understand that natural nails may not look perfect immediately after removing enhancements, but I expected the manicure portion of the service to at least leave them smooth, neatly shaped, and presentable. I was really hopeful this would become my new nail salon, so this was disappointing. I'm not sure if it was an off day or perhaps a newer technician, but for $40, this is definitely not how I expected my nails to look after a removal and manicure.
I was serviced by Gloria and she did such an amazing job! I was serviced the 24k Gold Pedicure resulting at $115 with regular polish/ polish and $135 with gel ($20 add on for gel polish) , and i have to say it had to be one of the best pedicures ive received! as a licensed technician myself, and also being in the industry i can say this was such a phenomenal experience all thanks to Gloria! i am usually very picky and attentive but she did such an amazing job that i was able to just relax and enjoy. I was given a 30 minutes hand massage WOW!! i didn't like the massage gun so she just proceeded to hand massage the entire 30 minutes. overall, this is such an amazing salon for it being open for only 4 months, so modern and gorgeous on the inside and i know this location will do so great !
I had the most amazing pedicure. The quality was excellent, vibe of this nail salon was so relaxing, I fell asleep. Savannah was exceptional, one of the best pedicures I've had. I opted for the Deluxe Radiance Pedicure. My massage was perfect along with the entire visit. Customer service absolutely fantastic.

I also saw on their screen that they offer complimentary drinks, but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe you just have to ask at the check in desk but that would be a nice amenity! The manicure itself was pretty fast and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time!
I finally visited Summit Nail Spa. OMG, this place is so beautiful and elegant for a nail salon! It's also conveniently surrounded by many restaurants in the area, which makes it a great spot to visit. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. I absolutely loved the pedicure chair, it was so comfortable and relaxing, especially with the massage feature. Thi, the staff member who did my pedicure, was amazing. She had very gentle hands and was very careful while cutting and massaging my feet. I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. They accept both appointments and walk-ins, which is very convenient. I'll definitely be coming back!
Saw an ad for this place on my Instagram and also happened to walk by so I was intrigued.. as always by luxury pampering :) especially when there's a special! I couldn't make an appointment online for some reason so I was able to do it in person. My daughter and I came on a Friday evening around six, and it was not busy at all, but there was a steady stream of customers. The facility is nice, clean, new, comfortable, and definitely caters to parties or crowds. Natalie did my gel cat eye regular manicure while my little daughter got a nice glitter kids manicure. With the discount it came out to about $65 for both of us plus tip. I enjoyed the space and service but wish I was offered something off their drink menu which looked appealing (entitled I know lol). I told the manager they should def open a boba bar in their coffee bar space. Anyhow, have a pedicure scheduled for Sunday to same advantage of their soft opening special before they grand open on the 7th. Add this place to your list of beauty services and get in to take advantage of their specials!
Stopped by this new nail salon near Honey Salt and had a really nice experience overall. The interior is super inviting and cozy, very clean, and the staff is friendly from the moment you walk in. I booked online with Alice and received a confirmation for an appointment with her, but when I arrived I was assigned to Scott instead. Scott was friendly and welcoming, though I had looked through reviews beforehand to see who was recommended, so that part was a little unexpected. My manicure still turned out nice -- I did a chrome manicure with polka dots. The only small downside was that the polka dots weren't perfectly symmetrical, which would've made it 100% perfect. That said, I'm still happy with how it came out. Bonus points for the little extras: they offer discounts on certain days for seniors, military/medical personnel, students, and more. They also have sodas, coffee, and tea available while you're there, which is always appreciated. Overall, a solid experience and a great addition to the area. I'd definitely come back and try them again.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tu at Summit Nail Spa! She is so sweet, caring, and pays attention to every little detail. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I recently moved from Orange County, California, and had such a hard time finding a nail technician I loved. I was starting to think I never would until I found Tu. I am so happy I did! She made me feel so comfortable, and my nails turned out beautiful. Thank you, Tu, for such a great experience. I have definitely found my new nail technician, and I'll be coming back again and again. Sean has been doing my nails for years. He is quite literally the only person I now trust to do my acrylics. So much so, that I now drive 45 minutes across town just to ensure that I get a quality service and nails that are both beautiful and long-lasting. I have had my acrylics last over a month with many compliments, zero lifting, and very, very few breakages (always my fault if they do break). I absolutely love everything about this salon and their staff. Getting my nails done every three/four weeks has easily become one of the things I always look forward to. Every single person is incredibly friendly, professional, talented, and clearly knows what they are doing. I could not recommend Summit Nails more. The salon itself is incredibly elegant and classy, with a ton of fair-priced services as well. 10/10 will always recommend this place! read more

Let me start out by saying I have NEVER had such exceptional service at a nail salon here in Las Vegas. Sean is the business!!! I have had well over 20 nail techs at different nail salons in Las Vegas over the last 16 years I have lived here. None of them come close to Summit nails!!!! I was in desperate need of a pedicure and haven't had luck with a lot of nail salons nearby. I looked online this time and saw Summit. Never noticed it before so I decided to give it a try, and I'm so happy to have done so. I got a Zen Relief CBD pedicure with gel polish and worked with Kim. She was such a joy and super careful and sweet. My pedicure was so well done! The setup was luxurious (see my photo) and the place was so nice and clean with a professional staff. They offer hot tea, water or soda so I got a jasmine tea and it was so good. They served it in a to go cup so I could take it with me as well which is very convenient. Overall I would recommend this place. They're pretty new (about 4 months old) so let's get it noticed! read more

I was messaging with the owner via Yelp, who responded promptly, which is much appreciated. I made an appointment and really appreciated the phone call letting me know my nail tech was running behind. The reason I left my previous salon (Luv Nails, 89128) is because of the lack of consideration of my scheduled appointment time. Jenny saw me as quickly as possible. I wanted dip powder over my natural nails. She is efficient and knows what she's doing. She fixed a botched nail job (from Attractive Nails, 89128) and she did such an amazing job. All of what I needed was accommodated by the staffs efficiently with smiles ! I came here to try their hybrid gel with nail art and mani take off with Sean and French tip pedicure with Thi. Both of them are so fun to work with. I couldn't relax the entire time due to massive crowd coming at same time but it was a good experience overall! I would definitely rate this place 5/5 due to its good vibes, calm and collected nail artists and staffs and for the price as well. read more

NEVER again!! UPDATE: Any Salon who responds to your concerns by saying you that you used the wrong polish remover AND that a classic manicure requires 100% acetone to remove is LYING! I guarantee you that 99% of clients that get a classic manicure expect to remove it easily at home. I've used the same brand of nail polish remover for 20 years with no issues until I came to Summit. Regular nail polish should not require 100% acetone which is harmful for your nails. I really hope it's not regular practice for your salon to tell your clients that the issue is all their fault. Shame on you and your crappy customer service!!!! ORIGINAL POST: I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I went in for what I specifically requested...a regular manicure and pedicure. No gel, nothing special. Yet when I tried to remove it, the polish would NOT come off. I spent nearly 30 minutes using acetone remover (yes, acetone - photo attached) and it barely made a dent other than reducing the shine. I ended up having to go back to the salon just to get it removed which completely defeats the purpose of getting a regular manicure in the first place! Instead of taking accountability, they insisted I must have used the "wrong remover" and claimed I didn't use acetone... which I absolutely did. Another staff member then tried to explain it by saying they use "professional-grade" products. That's a lame excuse when I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years and ALWAYS remove it at home. If your "regular manicure" requires a return trip to your salon to remove it, then it is NOT a regular manicure, it's a rip off! To the owner: When clients come in expecting something low-maintenance and leave stuck with something they can't even remove themselves you are wasting their time and money. It's misleading and incredibly disrespectful of your clients' time. read more

Very poor cuticle work and color application is uneven. I am sure they have good technicians as well but mine wasn't great at all. 5/5 for The Best Self-Care Experience! My pamper me self-care Saturday at Summit Nails Spa was absolutely amazing! Lexi was fantastic! Her attention to detail and calming energy made the whole experience unforgettable. From the soothing eye mask massage with gentle heat and spa sounds to the warm shoulder therapy, relaxing massage, and hot stones, every moment was pure bliss. Beautiful facility you can take 10 people in there at same time to get a pedicure or your nails done. They have so many stations It's amazing. Receptionist was very nice and friendly at check-in. Lots of different colors to choose from they offer you a beverage as you're waiting to go in. Pedicure stations are very nice and comfortable with the massaging chair, usually the water is filled up, but mine wasn't hardly filled at all not that warm. Not sure why that happened, Maria was the tech doing classic pedicure she also give a menu in case you'd like to see about having one of the upgrades done. Although she was very nice just was very little communication cause I was sure I told her to cut my nails back, but that didn't happen. But she was very good at what she did and I had a great pedicure. I'll be happy to return again, to this beautiful nail salon. Located right next to Honey Salt restaurant, plenty of parking. So if you and your crew wanna go all at the same time, they have plenty of room, I would suggest making an appointment and during the week they offer all kinds of different discounts. I love coming here! Sean has been doing my nails, and he truly does an amazing job every single time. He's talented, works incredibly fast, and my nails always come out looking absolutely perfect. I've also had pedicures with a few of the other technicians, and every experience has been wonderful. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and does such a great job. The spa is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I have been to several salons in Vegas and always leave feeling less than excited about my nails. Something is always wrong and I am not insanely picky.. summit nails were amazing. So happy with the way my nails turned out. Johnathan is great attention to detail and derive he gave was spot on.. they are a bit pricey for what I am used to but that is ok the quality and service makes it ok. I did have an appointment and waited past my time only reason I didn't give 5 stars. read more

When I heard about this new spot, I called and spoke with Viet (manager) and he recommended the perfect tech for me: Natalie. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi, and what a treat this was! I took advantage of the Grand Opening special and splurged on the Lush pedi, and lush it was! A heated shoulder wrap, a heated eye massaging device (never seen that before!), fantastic massage chair, luxurious products displayed beautifully, amazing foot massage, and my toes look great! The mani I chose was the basic mani, which was perfectly done. From the moment I stepped in, throughout the treatments, and at checkout, I was nothing less than impressed. Maria was great! I called when they first opened at 9 AM and asked for a pedicure for two at 9:30. They were able to get us in at the time we requested. The value for what you get is excellent. They serve complimentary beverages, including sodas, water, hot beverages, and coffee. We went with the deluxe pedicure, and it was well worth the value. Beautiful salon, very clean, and friendly staff! I will also add that they can accommodate large groups. This is a great place for a girls day! Maria was fantastic! read more
