A lot of ramen places make the meat too chewy that it's hard to swallow, or the texture is off. Itadaki does it perfect; the pork was soft & juicy to my liking. The broth was OK, I expected Shoyu to be "thin soup", but it was too watery in my opinion. Noodles were great!
