We thought maybe it was the runoff or that it had drained down the block. We were patient. However, the oil wasn't a little - it was a lot. We took the car back and here were the different answers we received: sometimes the plug backs itself out, they didn't want to strip the threads so they didn't tighten it and sometimes this just happens. What? Unfortunately, we now also have our new car making a new noise and no confidence in this establishment. I feel compelled to warn others only because a car is such an expensive investment to have a company demonstrate such little care and attention to detail when doing their ONE job.

They came back and stated I need a radiator flush and black fluid replacement rolled them no and they were upset. Took the car home and they did not replace all the screws and fasteners they removed which were not needed to be removed for an oil change. I either had to take the truck back or they had to send a tow truck 5 different times after they told me my truck was fixed. I was told 3 different times to get a rental since they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck and they would reimburse me by GM Mario and by Jason that cost me over $1000 and now they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. This Midas on culebra off 1604 are a bunch of crooks, and 2 1/2 months later my truck still run the same as when I took it in. They did nothing but messed my truck up.
