Price: 8/10 The cost was fair albeit a little more expensive than some other places. Quality 12/10 You get what you pay for. The quote from the mechanic that sums it all up is this: "You paid a little more, but I guarantee you won't be back to fix this problem again." My hubby called & decided on Belsen's Auto & Tire (a/k/a San Antonio Sprinter on Google). It was Monday morning, they said to bring in the RV. They were quickly able to diagnose the issue; needed to order parts which would be in Tuesday. They offered us to stay overnight in their parking lot (with cameras) which we gladly accepted. Tuesday morning they began working on the RV; they did find another issue. The Tech, Robert, said they'd have to order parts & do the work on Wednesday OR we take our RV safely home & have the work done in FL. We decided to go home. They finished by 1:00pm and we were on our way home. A special thanks to managers, Antonio & Albert; they were kind & welcoming to us & our two fur-babies. We feel confident with the work done correctly and that we were treated fairly with charges. My hubby adds: Robert took initiative to check out RV brakes, power steering & hoses to make sure we'd be safe driving.
