I recommend staying away from this business. Price and the WORST service experience I have ever had at any quick oil change garage. The manager used her gender as a shield to subvert a disagreement I had about the difference in price the tech quoted me versus a lower price I paid at the Louetta Take 5 location for my wife's car 2 weeks ago. Took the car to get the oil changed yesterday, and today I had to pull off the highway cause the dust cover (skid plate) was dragging. Didn't have time to stop by today, and they were impossible to get on the phone with. read more

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I got to this location at 6:40pm, they close at 7pm and I was greeted by a rude technician who was shaking his head and so distraught. The kid with missing teeth told me he was not happy I was there but had no choice but to my oil change. If you don't take customers after 6:30 then tell me that WHEN I CALL. I ended up backing out and leaving, the amount this kid was shaking his head to let me know he was IN DISBELIEF was ridiculous. You don't ever make your customers feel like this. Service is horrible i went for the 1st time and brought my vehicle in for oil change after i drove it for a 5 min i went and check oil and the oil was never change they offered me coolant change for my vehicle and damage my thermostat and now the insurance won't take resposability on damages to my vehicle read more

Very disappointed & will NOT be back! We have gotten all of our oil changes here and have had a good experience up until today. As I pulled up a man with missing teeth was shaking his head at me giving me attitude before I could even say a word. I was very polite and asked if everything was okay? He said he hated worked there because the computer doesn't work half the time and he has to keep turning it on and off. Then proceeded to shake his head at me like he was irritated I even showed up or inconvenienced him. Once that awkward entrance was over, he started shouting at me to pop my hood. So unnecessary as my window was down. I told him I was taking my services elsewhere and drove off. I understand people have bad days and I truly try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But this man needs a new career. I am still in complete shock and will be contacting corporate. read more

I hated this place. First they tried to sell me the most expensive oil package. I told them I wanted the economy package and I had a 5.00 coupon. They did not ask me what kind of oil I wanted to use. Snaggle tooth guy was there and in a bad mood. I replaced my air filter a month ago and they tried 3 times to sell me a freaking air filter. The guy almost broke the air filter holder trying to get the filter back in the holder after I told him to leave it alone. They did not check anything. All they did was replace the oil and oil filter but the receipt said they checked all the fluids and tire pressure. I won't be back. read more

My experience here was quick and friendly. The two guys that took care of my care provided good customer service. They were not pushy to get high quality oil. I had my 7m son in the car so they got to the oil change pretty quickly. They offered me water and cleaned up my windshield. Overall, great experience. read more

This place deserves a zero star . They are smart ass . Broke my air filter then tried selling me another one. Then they tried telling me my car wasn't a Diesel engine and argued with me about it being more of a smart ass after they put the wrong oil in my engine . After that they purposely smeared oil all over the side of my ride because they were mad about me being pissed for them breaking my air filter and me making put the correct oil in . I don't know how this company is still in business. Hopefully they will be sewed on day . read more

Our vehicle needed a state inspection, and this Take 5 location was conveniently located near my home. I was greeted, immediately, by Austin who provided exemplary customer service during the entire inspection process. He was knowledgeable, polite and even offered to put air in my tires! I asked to speak to the manager, Cory, about the wonderful service I received, and he was just as nice! The two of them cleaned off my windshield, wished me a good day and truly provided service with a smile! We will definitely be going back to this Take 5 location. read more

Great service! I was greeted and serviced right away by the friendly staff. They finished so quickly I had to ask twice even after they helped me get an air filter at a decent price. They made sure to check my tires and cleaned my windshield as I left. I gave them my information and they sent me some good coupons I would definitely recommend going to them. read more

Fast but expensive. Luckily I do rideshare and got 25% off. They also check your fluids and air your tires all under 10 minutes. Their communication is well. One guy doesn't know what he's doing but I see that he's learning. He may be new. I applaud him for trying and following instructions. He overfilled my tires though but I had them take some air out. I love going here because the service is so fast and the people are friendly. I always blank on where the lever to open the hood is, and what year my car is (I know, so dumb!) but the associate helping me out today was super nice about it. Old school oil changes where you have to wait in a weird room for 30 mins + are over! Get your oil changed here where you don't have to leave your car. Best service I have had getting my oil changed. I usually go to mister car wash but feel as if they always pressure me into getting things that I don't really need. Here they make you feel welcome, you stay in your car and they have fans blowing on your the entire time. I had Marquis help me and he was very polite and helpful. Long story short: it was raining sheets of rain today due to tropical storm Imelda and Tyler was more than willing to come out and help change a tire for a stranded motorist. As a young woman, this is the creepiest place I've ever been to. First off, I was the 4th car in line so I was okay with a little wait. The very first thing I was told was how pretty I am. I thought, 'That was nice, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.' But sadly things only got worse. After about 40 mins of waiting I was finally able to pull into the oil change station. Again, I was told over and over how pretty I am. I started getting really weirded out. After being there for a whole hour at this point, the oil change was finally done. It was $87 and normally oil changes cost me about $45. As I was paying and leaving, the service tech asked if I "smoked bud", presumably wanting me to smoke with him after work. I declined, with my heart racing at this point. No other workers or customers were around, and as a young woman, that made me beyond anxious. I politely kept telling him the service was fine and I just wanted to leave. He continued to make small talk about what I like to drink and was trying to "get to know me." I've never felt so creeped out by any man before, and I especially wasn't trying to be hit on while getting my car serviced. You couldn't pay me enough money in the world to come back to this place. I will gladly take my car elsewhere, as i have never paid such a ridiculous amount for an oil change, or had worse service in my life. PS- he mentioned he was the store manager. read more

I needed a quick, convenient oil change for my car this afternoon, and Robert and his crew were phenomenal. They were extremely friendly, showed me filters and what my oil looked like, and even cleaned some pine needles from under the hood! I don't recommend the Spring-Cypress location. They make it hard to do business with them. On Wednesday afternoon (day before Thanksgiving), I took my car in for an oil change and their computers were not working. I came back today 30 minutes before they closed at 4 pm and they were "too busy" before they closed. They had 1 car in a bay and one waiting behind it. They had 2 bays with no cars. Business seems to be too good for them. On previous visits they were out of wiper blade size that my vehicle needed, they didn't have someone who could do an inspection, and their inspection equipment (gas cap tester) was broken. I'm tired of trying and will not even try in the future. It's sad because they are 5 minutes from my house than 15 minutes to their competitor. read more

If you want the world's slowest car inspection, this is the place for you! I was next in line for a car inspection and watched as people behind me exited their cars and interrupted the person performing the inspection. Instead of having them wait their turn, he engaged them, allowed them to fill out paperwork, leave their keys, ask questions about insurance. One woman made several trips to her car each time waving insurance papers while asking the mechanic more questions. (Not sure what she didn't get about having un-expired car insurance paperwork for the inspection.) Meanwhile, the rest of us are waiting. I was next in line and the car being inspected was in the bay 20 minutes before I left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, unless you have the patience of Job. read more
