I brought my E350 in for service b/c I was smelling fuel in the cabin of the car.  Sun Devil diagnosed my car with several issues to say the least including preventative maintenance. I gave the "go ahead" to James at the service counter and 4 days later my car was returned to me and it drove like a Rolls!  Everyone was very professional including Kristopher the tech who worked tirelessly fixing all my cars issues.  This SunDevil location is THE PLACE to bring your car to for servicing. Did I mention the deep pocket discounts I received?

The shop manager Jeremey decided it was best for him to argue with me that I ok'd putting 2 different tires on my vehicle. CLEARLY NOT

UPDATE TO REVIEW: After trying to contact the district manager all day yesterday Jeremy the Shop manager decides to reach out, he takes responsibility for all the non existent communication on their end and decides to give me $100 off, while thats all good I tried to explain that I needed them to work with me on the 2 different tires that they put on without consulting me. His response: "NOPE! I have been perfectly kind and have taken a huge hit on this including a sensor that cost $300 that we had to replace that if you I wouldn't have caught you would've driven away and had a check engine light on!" I was super taken aback since previous conversation with Jeremey was pleasant and kind. this version of Jeremy was super rude, abrasive and to be honest VERY unprofessional. First of all, this was the first time I had ever heard of said sensor needing to be replaced because again (no communication) and then he acts like I am supposed to be THANKING him and super grateful he what? did HIS JOB? I also made them take their 2 tires back and I'll be going to discount tire to get the 2 SAME ONES ON...can't wait for better customer service at this point needless to say ill be going to a different auto shop other then sun Devil chandler in the future and telling everyone else to do the same!

      More glass in trunk.

I really trust Jeremy and his crew at Chandler Sun Devil Auto. I would recommend anyone bring their vehicles in.

I called Christian Brother's because we were supposed to have it done there a few months prior. They told me that " some auto shops tend to say the fluid is bad just to make a sale" They told me to take the truck back in so I did, then when they looked at the fluid it was really dark. They then tell me that "Maybe we were super busy and forgot to work on your vehicle and there was a mix up" I'm sorry but paying for a break fluid change and saying it "needed to be done asap" but not doing the work? I drove around with it not being done until I went to Monroe automotive... I'm glad the guys there caught it, I was able to get it done with Christian brothers. Which took more time for me since they didn't do it in the first place. We no longer take our vehicles here because of this.

He called me because the next morning he was taking it up north and said he needed to get it fixed asap. I said although (very) expensive, try Christian Brothers. I called beforehand, the guy on phone said that it would be $280 and would be done by the first half of day. Well, that was far from the truth. We then get a call saying the repair is now $1,300 and it will be done by end of day. Well, end of day comes around and they call and say the part they needed never came in, so they would not have the car done. The main issue here is on the phone were we told numerous times this repair would be done that night. I notified the guy who told me that I was quite unhappy because I would have taken it elsewhere if they were honest and upfront about not having the part and not being able to have it on time. Not one employee in that place apologized for what happened or (even better) tried to do anything to rectify the situation. I notified them we would be coming to pick up the car and take it to another place, which we did & we're saving some $$! It's hard to ever trust this establishment again, I would never recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Mike answered the phone and made my 2 pm appointment. First off, you should know that this place is a HOME. Dude runs the business from his home, and I'm sure he's certified, licensed and all that, but it was pretty awkward pulling up to a neighborhood. Once I parked on the driveway, I rang the doorbell on the front door and Mike came around the garage. I explained what the issues were and he said he would call me to let me know what needed to be done if anything. I do appreciate the fact that they thoroughly assess your vehicle and call to give you an estimate before performing any work. I was desperate to get it done because B.B. is my only ride. I don't have the luxury of switching vehicles like some people do (maybe one day again.. lol). I ended up walking home since it was literally a few blocks away and they didn't have any kind of lobby or waiting area. Mike called within a half hour to tell me he didn't hear the brakes squeaking and that they were fine. I also mentioned the oil change and when he gave me the estimate, my jaw kind of dropped to the floor. He quoted me over $200 for the oil change, air filter and cabin filters changes. I'm not auto expert, but that seemed pretty damn high. I get that I drive a V8 but daaaamn!! At that point, I didn't gaf because I had to walk in the slight rain to get it back. I wanted it done so I approved it and he got to work. He and his associate completed the work in about 45 minutes so they are quite efficient! I was satisfied with the work, but I won't be returning. I know I can do the filters myself but like I said, I was just wanting it all done in one stop. Also, to note, they are moving out to I believe East Mesa I think it was. I overheard him telling another customer as he was leaving. I'm not sure if he has overhead costs but even with the military discount I asked about, I still paid $240!!! Smh. If $120 for labor is standard for having my vehicle for under an hour, then I guess there's value in what I paid?! Oh well, it is what it is and the work was done well. Lesson learned. Damsel in distress will do research and plan accordingly for my next automotive needs.

Michael and Alex just worked on my locksmith van AGAIN and the experience was on a completely different level than the average mechanic shop. They replaced my motor mounts, did all of the brakes, and had everything finished exceptionally fast. No delays. No runaround. No inflated invoice. Now here's the part that really matters. They tested and charged my AC and found a loose hose. Most shops would have told me I needed parts. Most shops would have padded the bill. They didn't. They fixed the loose hose properly and did not charge me for something that didn't need replacing. That kind of honesty is rare. And when you run a business with fleet vehicles like I do, honesty is everything. Their pricing was far below what most shops in the area would have charged, and the quality of work was top tier. Clean, efficient, and done right the first time. From this point forward, every one of my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles are going to Innovative Automotive. They earned that loyalty. If you value speed, real integrity, and pricing that doesn't feel like a punch to the wallet, stop shopping around. Call them. Book the work. You are wasting money anywhere else. Innovative Automotive is the real deal.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
