Instead of standing behind their customers, they chose to enforce a policy that appears to conflict with state law. They were extremely rude. There seemed to be some confusion, but they brought out a bowl of relatively lukewarm water. Then instructed to go into the room and asked to this robe, I did so thinking perhaps my experience in Los Angeles County must be different than protocol here in Riverside County. I did as instructed, though feeling a bit uncertain what followed could only be called an interpretation of what acupressure or a massage is supposed to be, and had approximately two measured cups of oil put on my back, kind of feeling like I was being based like a turkey. It only took a few minutes, and I knew there was no knowledge of acupressure or human anatomy for all intent in purposes. And leaving they changed the rate to $60 per person instead of the original 50, he indicated tip for her tip for me, so I put $10 for each to avoid confrontation, and to get out I could sense the pressure and it wasn't the physical kind needed on my feet. I don't know if these are the only two employees, but if there are other others, it would not surprise me that they would demonstrate the same lack of knowledge as the two that overcharged and hurt us.
