We went bold, we went conservative, and back again, across Ray-Ban, Tom Ford, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, all of it. What I loved is that they didn't just nod along. They each had their own opinion and didn't always agree, which is exactly what you want. It told me they were being straight with me, not just closing a sale. Their product knowledge is the real deal. I showed Taylor a photo of a pair I'd seen on a model in an ad and he named the brand and style instantly. They get monthly training on new lines, and it shows. I walked out with two statement pieces: the Ray-Ban Wayfarer Puffer (the A$AP Rocky design) and a pair of Dolce & Gabbana, and the buy-one-get-one deal made the second pair 40% off.
