The food is always fresh and interesting and the service is good. These people really care about taking care of their customers and serving great food. If you don't want to sit at a table on 2nd Avenue (not much going on here), or a small table inside (just a little cramped), I recommend getting an order to go and enjoying it in your favorite spot. read more

Just stopped in to have breakfast and kind of stumbled across this place not having ever eaten here before. I have to say I just had the BEST breakfast sandwich that I've had in my whole life. Everything about the panini was delicious avocado, cheese, bacon cooked to perfection, chicken cooked just right, tomato, egg, and crispy flavorful bread that was so tasty! The owners are so personable and it's just an all around great place with a fantastic atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back with family and friends many more times ! read more

What can I say?! The most friendliest place, the owners talk to you even when it's busy and even if you buy minimally like we did. Shared a sandwich which was fresh and bacon tasted like bacon, the strawberry lemonade was great and you can definitely taste the time and effort in their simple place. Anywhere from their cookies to the fruit cup. Nice people, caring and clean. The dishwasher needed to stop zoning out and maybe help a little more but seriously that's it! OK, let me start out by saying I should have put this review on YELP last week when I went here for the first time. I saw the reviews on YELP but never thought about trying it until I parked my car in front of the place and told my friends that I read reviews on this place that sounded great. We were planning on going elsewhere for coffee but decided to give it a try. It is a very small place but quaint, relaxing and the owners/staff make you feel like you walked into your own family home. The paninis were the best I've ever tasted with a small salad on the side that was delicious. We joked with the staff saying it was our first time and we were planning on having a really good cup of coffee around the corner and the owner said they have crafted coffee they brew one cup at a time so we said we would come back to try. While we were eating they brought over a sample of the coffee for us to taste...OMG INCREDIBLE! I've been thinking of this place every day when I wake up to get back over there for a coffee and another wonderful lunch. The prices are great for the quality & taste of the food. It's located down a little side street but trust me...soooo worth going out of your way to find this place. Give it a try, I know you'll be posting a great review once you try this place. read more

This is a little cafe with the friendliest staff. We came as a group of 6 to get lunch after a day at the safari Park. The owners are so positive and accommodating. We checked out this breakfast spot after reading all the yelp reviews. So glad Yelp was accurate this time! What a sweet find. This quaint restaurant reminded me of eateries in San Francisco - super cute, homey, and hip all at the same time. The gentleman greeting us ( probably the owner ) was so friendly and walked us through their small menu after he learned we had never eaten there before. Ordered the "works" breakfast sandwich with avocado, bacon and egg. The bread was out of this world and the ingredients were all very fresh- like something you'd have at home. $5 for half a sandwich and a small side of fresh fruit. It was a perfect breakfast. Also ordered a pour- over coffee. Nice and smooth. We were very happy with our choice of supporting a local, family owned restaurant rather than going to a gmo breakfast chain. I finally came to try this place after a client told me 6 months ago about the delicious paninis and wonderful people who own the place. We ordered 2 paninis: the bacon avocado w/chicken ($11) and the pesto chicken w/bacon ($12); both were delicious! I'm particular about chicken (I'm afraid that it'll be dry) but SSK's chicken was moist and tasty. The price was a bit more than what a normally spend on sandwiches but not sure if it's typical pricing for paninis? (Price wasn't a concern though because I had a groupon voucher). The staff was awesome...we came yesterday (Saturday) at 10:30 and it wasn't too busy. We love that it's dog friendly (we braved the heat outdoors with our beagle); we will definitely come back to try other items on the menu! read more

This is the cutest little restaurant for breakfast & lunch. We came in with a bunch of friends visiting from Sacramento & we were just across the street getting ready for a dance competition. Really yummy! My two teen kids and myself ate here on Saturday around 11am. Very pleasant staff and really good food! We ordered two half Panini's and one whole one. All three of us really enjoyed our lunch Panini's and ordered the mini cookies, as well. I had the Tuscan chicken, my daughter had the BLT, and my son had the tuna melt. We shared bites of each other's and all thought they were great. I personally, think the Tuscan chicken was really tasty. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! We live nearby and will be sure to make some return visits. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, which can be difficult with my work schedule, but I will try my best to return soon, since we loved it. read more
