I decided to come in super early, because after reading some reviews I wanted to avoid peak times due to it being a new business with freshly trained staff. Well, I was charged my total transaction, because the young lady at the counter did not understand that I was here for the Yelp event. I told her multiple times and even explained to her what the event included. It was so awkward. A manager came over and resolved the problem. Maybe leave a sticky note at the register? I'm glad there wasn't a line behind me. The food was delicious. The five and dime was everything... crispy bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese, and moist fried chicken breast between tender biscuits then smothered in gravy. The potatoes o brien was bomb! Loved everything about it. I opted for the iced caramel toffee crunch latte. It was really sweet for me but good. Training needs some ironing out, but the staff and manager were all friendly.
