Thankfully new owners rescued the market and have created a great deli/pizzeria/market in this once vacant, conveniently located space! Most recently my Dad and I ordered a large pizza with one topping (mushrooms) which was pretty pretty tasty. The place can get really busy so plan accordingly. The price of the large pizza as of New Years Eve 2023 was $24.03 with tax paying with a credit card. Can't complain, the large pizza was decently sized and good. When I was in picking up the pizza, I also spotted a variety of meats in the display case. The service from Kalin was great. I look forward to returning in the summer months and checking out the fruits and veggies. Until then, sandwiches and pizzas are the way to go.

On 8/6/2025 I used my debit card & was charged the price on the receipt on the left in the picture. So I said let me do some investigating . I go there today 8/7/2025 & pay with cash. I gave them a $20 bill for the same 2 items I bought yesterday & sure enough it was a different price because I paid with cash.. Illegal in NYS to charge more for using debit cards . Unlike most I did my homework beforehand. I always order ahead of time, make a simple order, no frills etc. The guy is always friendly on the phone and prompt with service. As a matter of fact the very first time maybe 10 years ago I entered as a walk-in while on a walk around the block he couldn't have been any nicer. Since then I've always called ahead and shown up on time. As for the subs themselves, they're incredible. I can see why the guy doesn't want to turn into a Subway- he puts a lot of time and effort to make sure your order is perfect. You just need to learn to play by his rules which, like it or not, as a private, small business he has the right to run as he so chooses.
