Food can be good but the quality and consistency is so over the place. Orders are commonly messed up to the point my mother in law makes a joke whether or not the "a" or "b" squad was in that night. This has been an ongoing issue over the past 2-3 years. I'm not a big "portion guy", but the price hikes have been massive when compared to the amount of food you get. I have enjoyed Ninos for 18 years. Product is good, but today I ordered a $26.99 5-topping large pizza (Monday deal). I only wanted 4 total toppings and split two toppings on each half. Told I could not split with the Special so I agreed to have toppings on entire pizza. When I picked up pizza I was charged $33 and told I did not get the special because I only got four toppings. So I ended up not paying special price and not getting toppings spilt on as I had requested on the phone. Told "it was West Seneca's policy" but I was in Hamburg. My family will not eat at either Nino's after this experience. If you order for pick up I recommend ordering online so you have a record of what you actually ordered. read more

My family placed a large order with Nino's a few days ahead of time for a Saturday evening birthday party consisting of a sheet pizza, a bucket of wings, an order of chicken fingers, and various other items. The food was ready at the promised time despite the restaurant being noticeably busy, the service was friendly, and, most importantly, the order was accurate and the food was tasty. Nino's customer service has just become the worst. Tried to order a personal Meat Supreme pizza and was told it wasn't on the menu anymore. I was looking at an older menu, so I ended up ordering something that I didn't even want because everyone else was ordering and I had no time to look up the current menu. When I was done, I checked the website and it's ON THE MENU. It's still on the menu! I can "order online" and it's still an option- costs $11.99. I called back to tell them and got someone else that said "well, it's not in our system anymore but you can still order it". That option wasn't even given to me the first time! I was just told that I couldn't order it. The kid asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said "no" because I know the manager doesn't care. Another time we ordered food from there and picked it up and brought it home, MY food was missing. They completely forgot my dinner! When we called back, we talked to the manager and all they said was that there was nothing they could do about it because they were closing in 10 mins and they don't have time to cook it now and refunded us the money for my share. The Village of Hamburg NY has several pizza places and Ninos is never thought of when I'm thinking about pizza. I stopped going here due to the inconsistency which I know it's from the kids working there. Your orders will get messed up and your food well spin the wheel and hope you get what your ordered in addition to the food quality. Nino's was not like this back in the day. It was a hard decision on what pizzeria you choose and Ninos often was our choice. Service and consistency have gone downhill. With the Now, Edie's, Buteras, and Kozs your better off just driving by this place and save yourself from a bad experience. read more

The best pizza in West Seneca and Hamburg!!! My family won't go anywhere else. We actually pass 4 other pizzerias to Nino's and they don't even compare. Everything from their pizza, to subs, to tacos... Everything is fresh, cheesy and delicious. I've never had a burnt or super greasy pie. I also love that they have just cheese slices. Allot of pizzerias don't offer just cheese slices because they are harder to sell than pepperoni or specialty slices. Their slices are also much cheaper than other places. You can get two slices for $5. Awesome. If you have a Nino's anywhere close to you, you must try it!! You will never go back to mediocre pizza! read more

Nino's pizza is a great option. It is very conveniently located right on Buffalo St in the Village of Hamburg. Last night we decided we wanted pizza and gave Nino's a call. We love Cheese and Double Pepperoni for our pizza so we ordered it that way. We were told it would be about 30 minutes. I arrived just after 30 minutes and the pizza was ready and waiting for us. The service was quick and seamless. The total was $26 and some change. It seems a little expensive for a pizza, but prices are going up everywhere right now so we did not mind. We got home and ate our delicious pizza. It was perfect. The pepperoni was all chared and the cheese was all melty. We were very pleased and we will go back to Nino's again soon. read more

My favorite local pizza place. It tastes exactly the same as when I ordered this as a kid. Good amount of toppings and cheese. I am now gluten intolerant and I was happy to see they offer a gluten free crust option. It is as close to the original version as you can get, in my opinion, with the obvious taste and texture differences in the GF crust. My personal favorite GF pizza ever, I have tried many. The base/ crust isn't as dry and cracker like compared to other GF crusts. Like other GF bases/ crusts it is thinner and not as spongey than their standard crust. The size is the same as the other GF pizzas you would get anywhere else. I reheat in the toaster oven so the dough doesn't get as soggy as if you reheat in the microwave. The wings here are always wonderful. Plump, juicy and crispy. We usually get a double order of half medium and half BBQ. There is always enough blue cheese and fresh cut carrots and celery. Finally I will advise on the ordering and pick up during the pandemic. The wait times are accurate. When picking up there is a window that can be accessed from the outside. Customers stand in line outside, socially distanced spacing, in between each party. It's great that no one has to go inside and the staff can be seen from the outside wearing masks. read more

Nino's is our official Southtowns "go-to" pizza place. We searched far and wide and we eventually found our way to Nino's. Our order has always been correct and ready upon arrival. They have a nice parking lot that is easy to get in and out of (which is a luxury that other village establishments don't always have) . . But most importantly their pizza is delicious. We always order a cheese sheet pizza and a large veggie pizza when we go. It is a bit pricey, but they don't skimp on toppings. I feel they are always consistent. My pizza is exactly what I except. The crust is cooked a bit crisp and I love the sauce. It's not too sweet (which is a problem I have with lots of pizza places) I can't speak for the rest of their menu (we've only tried the pizza) but if you are looking for good pizza, you should certainly stop into Nino's! read more
