Initially, I only brought it to them because they were close, and within walking distance to my home. When I left that day, I was extremely happy with the work they completed. Not a hard procedure, but again extremely happy with their work. Fast forward to today. I took my car in because I thought my transmission was slipping. Yikes! When I got there, the guy immediately knew what was wrong. Asked us if we had just installed a new battery, to which we did. He informed us our codes just didn't get reset and the computer was causing the car to malfunction. Including the transmission. The check engine light had been going off and on the last couple of days. So, it made perfect sense. He didn't charge us for his time or hooking the car up. Just told us to come back if we were still having problems. Cars running better, so as of now we are confident that was just the issue. We never had much of an issue with their service; it was always fair, timely and done correctly. Mike, the owner, is a man of his word, and doesn't cheat his clients. This alone is enough to recommend his shop. Some cons. I moved away from the Brandon area a couple of years ago, and haven't used Precision in a few years. Family still took their cars there, but have been less pleased in the last couple of years with his service as the shop has gotten progressively bigger and busier. I would still recommend them for quality work, but sometimes they may miss things, and cost you the time of a return trip.

I have lived in many states throughout my lifespan thus far and I can tell you that Jan is by far the most qualified, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic I have ever encountered. I had a laundry list of items I needed to get done for my 2013 BMW 535i.
