The kiosks are nice and it's another contactless ordering option. I got the Sunright Boba Milk Tea - 100% sweet and the drink itself wasn't that sweet! The fact that I decided to order something and review it speaks volumes. It's not that I don't enjoy things that are sweet because I do. It's just exceedingly rare and yesterday was one of those days where I decided to indulge a bit. The last time I remember consuming this much sugar was pre-pandemic at Bacchanal in Vegas. Anyway, I tried a sip of my fiancee's Brown Sugar milk tea and it pretty much sold me. It was amazing and while I was still a little hesitant about ordering my own, I said screw it and I'm glad I made the right choice. I ordered an Oreo Brulee with light ice. no boba, and regular (100%) sugar. Whoa. You ever drink something that's so goddamn delicious you just keep pulling and by the time you've finally hit that level of satisfaction you're already halfway done? Yeah, that was me yesterday. The texture of the Oreo in the milk tea is like when you soak an Oreo in milk long enough it becomes so soft it starts to break apart in your milk. Mix that with creamy (creme) brulee and it's like Oreo Brulee crack cocaine. My fiancee watched me fiend as I scraped the sides of the cup for more Oreo creme brulee goodness. I needed just a few more tastes of it for some closure. At least just one more taste. Just one. No, I don't have a problem. Yes, I can quit whenever I want. I personally prefer ordering through kiosks/self-checkout (at any place) so that was nice. It was efficient, straightforward, and the drinks came out REALLY fast. We both chose light ice and when you do light ice, it's like a handful of ice. I thought it was just the right amount, but if you like yours icy, take note. Love this location of Sunright! It's conveniently located off the freeway and close to a lot of stores, so you can easily get some shopping done while getting your boba fix! Ordering is easy peasy, as you simply type in your order and pay on the kiosks inside the store. Definitely great for minimizing contact and ensuring accuracy, as the kiosks then print out labels with any customization notes! I have literally tried every drink under the sun here (no pun intended), but my favorites are the oolong milk tea, strawberry matcha milk tea latte, sunright fruit tea, and jasmine grapefruit green tea. I personally prefer the brown sugar boba over the honey boba, as the former is more traditional and the latter tastes oddly fruity like a gummy bear. The oreo brûlée latte is also really good, but more reminiscent of a dessert than a drink. I usually order the brown sugar oatmilk with quarter sweet & it's always just {sun}right! :) The texture of their boba pearls is perfection too, not too soft and not too chewy. I'm really happy that Sunright Tea Studio opened in Fullerton so that I have another place to satisfy my boba cravings. The teas are subtlety sweet and not over the top. My favorite is the jasmine milk tea as it has just enough of the fragrant flavor that I love without being overly floralry. Another huge plus is that they have the option for Califia almond or oat milk for those of us that can't handle the real stuff. If you're avoiding caffeine or just want a sweet treat without having to worry about being up all night, they have sweetened milk options that are pretty damn good. Our fave is the creme brulee as it includes pudding and we add in some extra boba for fun. What I'm a big fan of is that you can order ahead via their website and your it's ready within 10-15 minutes. This minimizes the amount of time you have to be in the business, but also ensures that people are quickly entering and exiting during the pandemic. If you are going in to place your order, they have self-serve kiosks for you to utilize. There's plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes available to the public, and the staff are all doing their part to keep things on the safe side. So happy they're close by as they are now becoming a weekly addiction for us! read more

I've written a review on Sunright Tea before but I wanted to give them another one. I've known since the first time I tried Sunright Tea that they had an exceptional boba and drink selection. In addition they are always consistent and their drinks taste Amazing. I've tried several other places that are closer but they are not nearly as good as Sunright!!! I got the cheese white peach oolong twice so far and it is yummy! It's not too sweet and the cheese isn't so sharp like some other places. The cheese foam is more cream cheese vibes here, which I think compliments the drink nicely. Tried the brown sugar milk tea and thought it was meh, nothing special. Stop #38 on my milk tea store adventures. I had given up on Sunright after trying one of their Irvine locations, but I decided to give the brand another go after this location opened up closer to home. The store is located in Fullerton Town Centre and parking is easy in the huge spacious lot. The store interior itself was clean and beautifully designed, with a bright yellow color scheme that pays homage to their sunshine theme. I also like how the ordering process was- they have two kiosks built into the wall in a setup reminiscent to atms, and the menu with drink descriptions and photos are all available at the self-order kiosks, as are credit card readers for when you're ready to pay. Making these steps entirely virtual and contactless really adds to the sense of safety amid the pandemic, and I definitely appreciated the additional safety precautions taken here. Moving onto their drinks- this time I ordered something different. I got the Sunright and Taro milk teas. Both were pretty good. What I hadn't realized before when I went to the Irvine location (and basically ordered the wrong thing) was that alot of their milk teas use ceylon tea instead of your typical black tea as it's base, which is pretty cool. So the Sunright milk tea is a ceylon milk tea sweetened with brown sugar and containing brown sugar boba. Their Taro also had a ceylon milk tea base, with fresh taro paste swirled along the sides of the cup. I liked my drinks, so much so that I went back within a few days. My second time I ordered a Thai tea with cheese foam and a Honey milk tea with creme brulee. (The honey milk tea is not on the menu at this location but you can custom order it by selecting a Ceylon milk tea and write in the notes to sweeten with honey instead). Their cheese foam and creme brulee toppings were pretty good too, and balanced well with the drinks while adding that extra bit of deliciousness. All in all, I am now a Sunright convert, thanks to this awesome new location here in Fullerton. read more

I asked for a good boba place in Fullerton and Sunright Tea listened!! They locate in the same plaza with AMC theater and next to T-mobile store. The place is fairly small since they do pick up only but they provide a few self-service stations for ordering with touchscreen which are pretty cool. They also have kids menu for drinks with smaller sizes and non-caffeinated. Menu are similar to the Costa Mesa location. My favorites are the Sunright fruit tea and the Sunny Hill pineapple cake. If you want something that pairs well with their amazing boba, the Sunright milk tea or Strawberry milk tea are both popular options. Service was nice and fast.
