Came in for a milk tea with almond milk. I always have to pay attention to see what milk they use because I am allergic to whole milk. I was watching very closely when they made my drink & they had used whole milk. When I went to confront and ask them about it, they said that it was almond milk when I even told them I saw them make it incorrectly. This isn't the first time that this happened. I love sunright drinks. But this sunright location service is the worst out of all. I ordered online, usually the orders were fast. However, at this location, the drinks were never ready; and when I got here to pick up, none of the staffs would bother to ask if I needed help. They all stared at me or walked away. I only ever come here during summer and that's for the watermelon drink they have for seasonal drinks. Hands down one of the best drinks ever, which has me coming back almost every week during the summer. As a picky person, I recommend this cute boba shop. You're allowed to customize your drink down to the sweetness and ice level you'd prefer. There are two kiosks to order your drinks on and I'm usually in and out in 5 mins or less. P.S. Only downside seems to be they only seem to accept card. read more

The inside of this place is super clean and very modern. They also have the kiosks like at the Irvine location. It was really convenient to order from it because there was a line when I got there. I got a Thai tea with brown sugar boba and creme brulee. The drink and creme brulee was good but the boba didn't have any flavor. Idk if that's just for the brown sugar boba or not. My first experience with Sunright Tea was their location in Irvine, but Im glad they opened a location now in Westminster / Garden Grove, as it is way closer to my home. The boba milk tea is just perfect. Its not too sweet, the tea isn't drowned out by sugar, the boba retains is just the right amount of chewyness. I usually don't write reviews but I love Sunright so much so I'm hoping management reads this and improve their customer service at this location. Our first visit here we noticed the tables were dirty and the employees just stood around talking. The second visit my friend and I came in and the employees just stared at us and didn't care to greet us. At first we were so excited that Sunright is opening near our homes but after several visits we are really disappointed. Last time I ordered a jasmine milk tea with 25% sugar with lychee jelly and it was too sweet for me so today I just got one with 25% sugar without topping, and it's still sweet like 100% or 75% sugar. I recognized this because I once ordered a Hokkaido milk tea with 25% sugar and it was slightly sweet which was good. Hopefully they will be more careful in adjusting sugar. read more

The creme brulee is excellent. Gonna have to add that to my drink NEXT Tme. Unfortunately the boba, although very soft and chewy, had also NO TASTE whatsoever. I'm glad it's not overly sweetened like other places, so it may work well with a super sweet drink. I asked for 75% sweet on my Strawberry Frostie but 100% would have been ok too. I would have liked more creme in it than given. Would be nice for a hot day with this much i CE and strawberry but i want my drink a little heftier, with more creme, as I remembered back in the Costa Mesa location. All in all very satisfying. I ordered lychee jelly, boba, and creme brulee on the side. But next time I'll ask for more creme in my drink & the creme brulee added instead of in the side. read more
