Fresh and tasty boba drinks! I've tried a couple of their milk teas which is what they're known for and they're pretty good! I'm more of a fruit tea drinker though, but I wasn't a fan of their Strawberry Jasmine Tea. I got their Mango Jasmine Tea today and really enjoyed it! Their honey boba is definitely on the chewier side so if you like softer boba, this place might not be for you. They have self- service kiosks for quicker service and make their drinks pretty fast! I regularly come to Sunright because the service is pretty quick and the quality of the drinks is consistent, but I have been really disappointed in the quality of service as of lately ): The employees have not been as kind/communicative/receptive to customers lately when it comes to the drinks (running out of toppings without telling me even after it was paid for and making mistake on my order after waiting a long time). I came by this past Saturday to get drinks. One of the drinks I ordered was the Cosmic Apple Fragrant Oolong with Aloe - the drink is part of the new release items that I believe cycles out with seasonal releases/limited time collabs. It is described to be a Apple flavored Oolong tea and includes aloe Vera bits. I brought back the drinks to my car and checked if everything was correct, as I normally do, and did not see any aloe vera bits included. After double/triple checking since it's hard to see, I brought back the drink in store to confirm with the employees if I was correct in missing the topping. The employee ended up apologizing and telling me that they had run out of Aloe Vera bits. I wish the employee would have said so when she handed the drinks to me to begin with. I understand that she may not have made that particular drink but I am sure she or any of the other employees were part of the drink making or checking process. I would have appreciated communication to me, as the customer, but maybe the problem also is lack of communication between the employees as well. I was disappointed to receive an apology as an after thought and no offer of a replacement topping. I am even more upset at myself that I didn't ask for a topping replacement or any kind of compensation for the miscommunication. This is actually the second time I had an issue with service. A couple of months ago, in July, I experienced slow service and little update/communication on the progress of my drinks being made. I had a relatively large order (about 7 drinks) that I placed online for pickup so I was prepared to wait when I arrived if needed. When I arrived, there were other parties also waiting for their drinks so I was prepared to be patient. After a long wait, I ended up being the last customer at the time inside (new customers after me also came and left). The employee noticed I was still waiting (since I last checked in) and decided to double check the completion status of my order since there was no one else waiting. The employee had to look for the order on their screen - at this point, I think my order had been marked as completed digitally because the screen was empty and they had to pull up completed orders (in green). I could also see the bag of cup holders on the counter waiting for the drinks to be put in. The employees counted the drinks that were already completed and noticed one missing. They told me that they needed to make the last drink. So, using the digital receipt, they made the last one without a sticker label (all other drinks had the sticker label). After receiving my drinks, I went outside to double check everything. In this order, I had 2 of the same drinks, one that I ordered with boba and one without. The drink they made last without the label was supposed to have boba but it did not. I went back in the store to see one of the employees visibly apprehensive about seeing me again. I can understand the situation was stressful since they may have been worried about me waiting a long time. So, I explained the situation calmly about the mistake even though it didn't have a label and they asked/confirmed that the other drink (the double) I received, did not have boba as one was supposed to. Thankfully, they accepted their mistake after I talked with them and replaced the drink with a new one. I was very frustrated with the service and response in dealing with these issues - I had waited for a long time and still had to ask them to fix a mistake that they made. Regretfully, I did not confront the employees at that time (besides explaining their mistake). I prefer not to give the employees a hard time and I feel like this location has been understaffed lately, but I feel that communication goes a long way. In light of my recent experiences in overall slower service on top of employees not being as considerate in communicating with customers, I decided to write this review so others may keep this in mind when they come here! I'd been wanting to try this place and finally did while out and about. It just happened to be in the same shopping plaza as Kuru, where my group had enjoyed a late lunch. The location is in a busy area shared by lots of neighboring businesses, so be patient trying to park in the huge lot. The shop is clean and the employees are friendly, greeting you as you enter. I always appreciate that. I don't live near a Sunright Tea Studio, so I had to go try it. The verdict: it's a GO!! The drinks I ordered were tasty, and I like that you can adjust the sweetness and ice levels. I was happy! If I ever want a super sweet drink, I love getting the Oreo Brulee Boba Milk at Sunright! Love the Oreo chunks and the creamy brulee in the drink. I have yet to find a drink that I really love at Sunright! Admittedly, the only times I've stopped by are with friends who are fans and each time I try out something new that just misses the mark. I think a mistake on my part was choosing the sugar level. I always tend to get less sweet regardless of drink or place, so I got 75% sweetness even though the ordering kiosk suggested 100% for this particular drink. It was rather bitter and strong. I do like tea and drink it unsweetened, so it wasn't too bad on my part, but my friends were definitely not fans. Their cheese foam is just alright. The place was small and tables and chairs were full so we just took it to go. They have kiosks that you can order from or you can order from them at the register too. I guess I finally got tired enough of my usual tea spot in this area. Sunright Tea Studio is a bubble tea shop that offers an array of boba milks, cheese foams, frosties, and brulee lattes on top of more basic teas, fruited teas, milk teas, and some coffee. I was recommended this chain and was able to get in a visit during my latest trip to SoCal. This particular location is in a massive but also very busy plaza with popular restaurants. On my first visit, I went with the jasmine oat milk brulee latte ($5.65) with honey boba (+$0.75). It comes in one size, which is listed as 22 oz, and I was able to get it adjusted to 75% sweetness and served with less ice (with no visible underfill). The 75% sweetness was great. The jasmine flavor was present but sometimes became lost to the oat milk and brulee cream, which wasn't too sweet on its own or in the mixture. The honey boba is lighter than the typical black pearls but tastes about the same and has a good chew to it. Overall, a better brulee than what I had from a separate business elsewhere since it's a real tea and not a slush (i.e. watered down). I went back the next day to veer in a different direction. I picked the strawberry jasmine tea ($5.45), which isn't even under the customer favorites list of the self-service kiosk. It had plenty of real strawberry, and I better appreciated the jasmine tea in this simpler combo. I enjoyed it with 75% sweetness, which was still a bit sweet at first but suited me fine after a few sips, and less ice. However, this drink was more susceptible to settling/draining out of the ice and leaving solid puree and ice behind in a top layer, meaning a blander finale if you aren't aware of the pitfall. I will have to explore more of Sunright Tea Studio's menu soon. It's around a 4.5, it's cheaper than my usual stop around Garden Grove, and it doesn't activate my hoarder tendencies since it doesn't serve drinks in reusable containers. read more

I've only been here once before but today when I placed an online order for pickup at 6:50 PM, my drinks were completely disgusting. When I started to drink my Tahi Tea, it was powdery and the taste was not right. I love how this location is right next to boiling crab. Either I get it before or after for dessert. I love their taro milk tea. It's not the fake purple milk tea that you get in other boba shops. I've only tried this place once but at a different location and I didn't quite like the drink I got but I decided to give this place another try and it didn't disappoint. This place was quite odd, you take your own order on a touch screen on the side, the staff do not take your order like other boba shops. The hype is real! Sunright Tea Studio is my new favorite boba spot. Located right next to The Boiling Point. The matcha brûlée latte with oat milk and boba was sooo good! If you're lactose intolerant, I would recommend trying out this drink. Matcha latte wasn't too sweet or bitter, and tastes good with the brûlée swirls. Boba was the right level of chewiness consistency. It is quite pricy compared to other boba spots I've been to (~$7), but it was so worth it! The workers are also so nice! I came at opening and was greeted right away by everybody. When you arrive, there are two kiosks for you to self-order from. My drink was created super quick too, probably within 2 mins. I bought the boba here few days ago but I just have sort of time to write a review now. It was on 6 June, and at the end of the day when I try to finish my drink, something was in my mouth. At first I thought it was the boba, but then I feel like something different, it may softer than the boba, so I just spit it out of my mouth. New fave boba spot! I've been here 1-2 times a week for the last month. It's actually dangerous that they're so close and have online ordering to make the process speedy. You can order at 2 self-serve kiosks as well. Staff has always been nice and friendly. My favorite drinks are the Oreo brûlée and the Ceylon milk tea. This is my new favorite boba studio. There is usually no wait to order. They have 2 self service ordering stations and 1 worker ordering station. The drinks come out fast. Their drinks are always consistent and they do not skimp on the honey boba its a great boba to drink ratio. Been here a few times but stopped by after moving back to OC. The ordering process is very quick and easy. There's two kiosks right by the door, that make it really easy to choose and customize your drink. Customizations include sweetness levels, toppings, and milk substitutes, including oat and almond milk, a big plus for Sunright! I had the mango milk tea with 0% sweetness and I actually thought it was the perfect amount of sweet, with a tart mango flavor. The boba also adds a nice touch, so don't forget to add that! Came here for some refreshing tea and was not disappointed. 100% Sweetness was not overly sweet, but if you like yours basically not sweet at all this is a good place to accommodate for that! Did not taste artificial. The parking was pretty crazy, and we came around 1pm on a Sunday. This place has pretty good boba but just a little more sweet than other places. My favorite drink here is the matcha frostie, with no red bean, no sugar, and with brown sugar boba. They use premium matcha and the boba is pretty good. I also like their jasmine green tea with cheese foam and boba. They have really good cheese foam, but tea was just ok (not strong enough for me). I find their drinks a little more sweet than other places (still sweet at zero percent sugar). My friend tried their jasmine milk tea with grass jelly and jasmine tea jelly. Here's another boba review.. is it obvious that I'm a boba lover yet?! haha This cute shop is in their soft opening phase in a busy plaza so they mentioned they're still in the works of offering some drinks on their menu. There's 2 self ordering kiosks & a person at the counter. I was in line to order at the counter but when it was my turn, one of the employees told me to order at the self kiosk & when I asked him if I needed to or it was optional, he wasn't the friendliest in saying that I NEEDED to (weird considering there were customers before me that were able to place an order with the cashier), so I didn't really like that demanding tone to him. As per order, I got the Oreo brûlée with extra ice & it was BOMB. The sweetness was just the right amount for me at 100% (surprisingly!!) & it was so creamy with a great balance of both flavors. So glad there is a Sunright in Westminster! Makes the drive a bit shorter than going all the way to Diamond Jamboree. I ordered online via Toasttab for 6 drinks. I got a text literally 5 minutes after I submitted my payment that my order was ready, I'm not even kidding you! I had to mad rush out of my house to get it because I was about 20 minutes from Sunright. I guess it depends on the time you order, but that was super fast! I got a few fruit teas and boba milk tea. I agree that they are on the much sweeter side. They had "recommended" 100% sweetness level on every drink, but unless you have Willy Wonka's sweet tooth, I think it might be like drinking syrup straight out of the cup. I got 75% on all our drinks but I think next time I will do 25-50% to see how sweet. The drinks - they are so good! My favorites are all their fruit teas! I walk in this store to get a Thai tea. I was trying to place an order at the cash register. I stood there for 5 minutes with 6 employees standing around. I asked a young Asian guy "can I order?"
