For food, she had the MF Sando and I had the coconut turmeric chia pudding. The breakfast sandwich looked great and she enjoyed it. The chia pudding was confusing though. I've ordered it here before and it has never been "green". Looking back at previous Yelp photos, you can see the difference as well. The flavor was off this time too, with an almost dirty taste, which was disappointing. Service was fine, just a little slow. It was pretty busy so that's understandable. They do have a nice outdoor patio with a great ambiance. The outdoor tables have umbrellas for shade. The coffee was delicious and I used a stir stick to mix all the yummy toppings together. They also have food, and I had the beef empanada, which was warm, crisp, and had a delicious meaty filling for breakfast. I wrapped it in a napkin to eat to keep my fingers clean. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days.
