I first tried sunright tea studio when I was in Southern California and this location is no different! It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. When entering, there are multiple kiosks that you can order from. There was a little bit of a wait because there was a large group in front of us. Love that you can adjust sweetness, toppings, and dairy alternatives. Good boba too! Will be back soon!

They had a $3.00 tea latte special the weekend I was here and I went everyday. The drinks are so good. Kiosk ordering. Customer service is a little lacking as they don't call our name or number when the drinks were done. Not sure how people figure it out? We just kept walking up and looking for our names. Easy parking. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.

The most adorable, bright, minimalist tea shop! My client had recommended this spot a while ago and I finally got to visit. I was a bit bummed when they didn't have the mango coconut frostie I had seen in reviews- but that review was an also a bit old (i really hope they bring it back). I loved the self serve tablets at the front, yet the worker offered assistance if needed. I ended up ordering a brown sugar milk tea and my husband got a peach frostie with jasmine tea jelly. My drink was not as sweet as i expected, which was nice. So if you're wanting something super sweet, i believe there was a sweeter than normal option. I did like my husbands drink over mine. We will be back again to try out more drinks!

I love this place.. almost a little too much. Lol I really like how it's close to home. I always end up getting their Sunlight boba milk tea, but I sub the tapioca with crystal boba and add cheese foam. Ugh It's my addiction. I do wish they had winter melon milk tea, but they still have lots of other good options.

Service was fast and friendly, store smelled a little weird, Not sure what. Very pretty inside. The Dubai Drink was a 10/10 but later I got A little sick from my stomach. I can't say it was the drink. I'll give it a second try to confirm. But The drink was definitely 10/10 would get it again (:

    Matcha milk tea with brulee

First time here, so yummy. I like sweeter matchas and got 100% sweetness with brulee this was perfect. Thick/creamy. If you aren't a fan of "starbucks" level "sweet" I would just go down in sweetness level but it was perfect for me.

Came to take advantage of their B1G1 promotion with my husband and toddler. Little did we know the short looking line outside of the pizza joint was going to take a little over an hour wait. You could skip the long line and order on kiosk and still get their promo but you don't qualify for the free gifts. I know because when we got close my husband ordered his drinks on the kiosk and I stayed in line to see if I could purchase their VIP card. They ran out of those early on apparently, but we were the last to get the sunshade. The older man taking orders was pretty friendly and they had maybe 4 other workers this day. I'm not sure why it took so long even though the line looked short and probably had 15 people? The sewer smell I encountered on soft opening was gone, thank goodness! After this grand opening weekend, we went back once more with my sister as dessert after dinner. This time I ordered without ice so I could drink it the next day at work and also it's very cold out. I didn't want any ice. The worker messed up and put ice in it. I waited forever for the drink to start so I thought letting him just scoop the ice out and add my foam on top would be quicker. Boy was I wrong! Also I think the ratio of foam was thrown off and because the ice watered down the drink a little bit, I didn't quite enjoy it as much.

Refreshing tea with lots of choices including boba. The worker was very helpful in Hansel ton process. There are a lot of choices. It's a cool vibe perfect for photos.

Sunright boba milk tea, Jasmine Mango Green Tea

Sunright is a solid boba spot! So glad a branch came to Summerlin. I have tried many drinks from the place, but I always go back to Sunright Boba Milk Tea half sugar less ice and the Jasmine Milk Tea 25% sugar less ice. If you're unsure of what to get, you go onto their website, you can find a flavor profile of all the drinks. Staff are very friendly! Parking is easy - in front of the shop, there are max 30 min spots. Inside has a few seating and outside as well, but you don't see many people chilling there.

Tried their Signature coffee which is really good! Got to know it's Vietnamese highland coffee which is rich and creamy! Barista Logan is really friendly and dedicated in preparing the drinks. He also greets everyone that comes in.

Inside is bright! Just like the other stores.

Although there was a sign stating no public restroom, one of the employees over heard our conversation and handed over a key to us to their restroom. That was very nice of them. Boba was freshly made, it was still warm in the drink, nice and soft with a little chewiness. They have a 10% off deal during special hours. See pictures attached. This store is clean and bright as usual. Free Pokemon cards and stickers for kids! That's a plus!

The first time I tried Markers & Finders was at their original location downtown, and it appears that they've expanded their menu since they opened their second location at Downtown Summerlin. There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor/patio seating at this location. The last time I was here, it was hardly busy, but the service was a bit slow. Their lattes are delicious, especially the Mexican Spiced Latte. I've had the lomo saltado, yucca fries, empanadas, and other dishes I can't think of since I've been going here for years, but I remember them all being delicious. The prices appear high, but overall good food and coffees.

She enjoyed hers, but she said the turmeric flavor was a bit overpowering. My latte was sweeter than I like and I didn't get much of the salted caramel flavor so that was a bit disappointing. For food, she had the MF Sando and I had the coconut turmeric chia pudding. The breakfast sandwich looked great and she enjoyed it. The chia pudding was confusing though. I've ordered it here before and it has never been "green". Looking back at previous Yelp photos, you can see the difference as well. The flavor was off this time too, with an almost dirty taste, which was disappointing. Service was fine, just a little slow. It was pretty busy so that's understandable. They do have a nice outdoor patio with a great ambiance. The outdoor tables have umbrellas for shade. I would come back because I've had good experiences here before, but consistency is important to me, and unfortunately this visit really missed the mark.

The café has a clean, modern aesthetic with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and a great playlist that makes it an easy place to hang out, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. We ordered a hot matcha latte with an extra shot of espresso and an iced vanilla matcha latte, and both were excellent. The matcha tasted fresh and smooth without being overly sweet or bitter. The extra shot of espresso in the hot matcha was a great addition, it added a nice boost while still letting the matcha flavor shine through. The iced vanilla matcha was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sugary. One detail I really appreciated was the beautiful coffee mugs they serve their hot drinks in. It's a small touch, but it makes the experience feel a little more special and cozy. Between the friendly vibe, good music, quality drinks, and inviting space, Vesta Coffee Roasters is definitely worth stopping by. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. I'd heard about this place for years but never had the time to go inside and enjoy their coffee…read morewhich was how I wanted to experience it for the first time. I could have stopped in and gotten coffee to go anytime but I had heard from so many people it was a great place for enjoying your coffee and the atmosphere. I've been to a LOT of coffee spots in Vegas. I LOVE coffee and discovering new spots that check all the boxes is one of my favorite Yelper things to do! Here's the breakdown. Dining-Seating Area: pretty status quo as far as coffee houses go. Combo of tables for 2, high top seating and a cozy couch-chair combo with a coffee table towards the back. I chose to sit at a table with 2 large leather chairs. When I sat down my chair sunk quite a bit. The seat cushion was pretty worn out. Not uncomfortable necessarily, but "worn in" for sure. The table was in good shape and very sturdy. Cleanliness: The area and overall seating area was clean. I used the restroom also which was clean and well stocked with all you would need. Vibe: There was your standard coffee house music in the background. Liked that. It was day time and there was a lot of natural light coming in from the many floor to ceiling windows lining half of the room. There was soft lighting throughout and the decor was warm with a cool floating shelves situation above the counter where the baked goods display is. Customer Service: This is where this place really shined. The young lady who took my order was friendly and polite. She took my order and delivered it to my table. She even brought me a little extra almond milk for my Americano in case I need more. When I was leaving I wanted to order a coffee to go and she kindly offered me a refill to go free of charge. Very kind of her. Coffee: Of course the most important part right? On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a solid 8. It wasn't too bitter & it was served hot (not lukewarm) which is an absolute must for me! The oversized cup was filled to brim with the delicious brew! I don't get fancy drinks. My standard is a hot Americano with almond and sugar vanilla and this was exactly what I got and it was delicious. Areas to improve on: No Wifi. I guess it was not working. I had planned on answering work emails on my laptop while I enjoyed my coffee which wasn't possible. Uncomfortably warm inside. I'm not a hot blooded person by nature. Usually freezing indoors when the AC is on overdrive during the summer. It was really warm inside. If I was warm, I know others must have found it uncomfortable. Would I come back? Yes! I enjoyed my Americano & the customer service very much. I would come back with a friend to enjoy hanging out but I wouldn't stop here to catch up on work due to the lack of wifi. No biggie

Two weeks later and I'm finally ready to talk about it... because honestly, part of me wanted to…read morepretend this visit never happened. As someone who proudly considers Peet's Coffee my personal version of Starbucks, this one hurt a little. Coming from the Bay Area roots of Berkeley and countless great experiences in Silicon Valley, I've always associated Peet's with rich flavor, quality drinks, and genuinely warm, down-to-earth people. It's been my go-to, my comfort cup, my "this is how coffee should taste" standard. ...which is why my visit to the Sahara location completely caught me off guard. Let's set the scene: I walk in, ready for my usual vanilla latte fix. The place isn't busy--but somehow I'm standing at the counter for what feels like 2-4 minutes doing the awkward "do they see me?" stare. You know the one. Eventually I'm helped, but the interaction? Cold. No "welcome in," no energy, no suggestions, no "hey, want to try a pastry with that?"--just straight to transaction mode. The cashier (I believe the name was Lee?) felt completely disengaged, even walking away mid-mobile payment like the scene had wrapped before the movie was over. And then...the drink. I requested specific milk and light foam--nothing wild, just a simple customization. What I got was the opposite. Not once, but enough to make me go back and ask for a remake... which is always a little awkward when the shop isn't even busy. At that point, it's not about the latte anymore--it's about the experience. No "thank you," no "your drink will be ready shortly," none of the small but important touches that make a coffee run feel...human. And that's the part that surprised me most. Because Peet's, at its best, is very human. Unfortunately, this visit shifted my routine. Now when I'm in the Summerlin area and need a reliable cup, I find myself heading elsewhere instead. Final thoughts: I still believe in Peet's as a brand--that hasn't changed. But this location? It missed the mark on both service and execution. Note to management: Please bring back the heart of what makes Peet's special--friendly people who actually enjoy being part of someone's daily coffee ritual. Because great coffee gets you in the door... but great service is what keeps us coming back.
