No one informed me beforehand about any "closed door policy," and no one called, texted, or asked the person present in the home before leaving the job incomplete. What frustrated me most was the handling afterward. I rearranged my evening waiting for the technician to return after being told they could come back the same day, but no one showed up. Later I was told the technician got stuck in traffic but still not going to make it. The company repeatedly described communication as "difficult," despite never attempting to contact me before leaving the room unfinished. The refund process also felt unnecessarily defensive. The initial refund offer didn't even fully cover the unfinished room and service fee, and only increased after extended back-and-forth discussions. Mistakes happen, but clear communication and accountability matter. Disappointing experience overall, especially after being so hopeful based on the reviews. A refund of $80 was paid. Now I get to pay another person $125 tomorrow to complete the job. Yegor and his tech offered to come next week. However the furniture has all been moved. My realtor said they were great however, they didn't show up and completely ghosted us. It was so stressful, inconvenient and expensive, as we were moving from 800 miles away, and having to arrange it all over the phone. We had new floors being put in and had to pay extra money for the flooring contractor to come on two separate days to rip out the floors, wait for odor treatment, and then put new floors in. We delayed moving into our new house by several days which cost us additional nights in an Airbnb. We had all of our possessions waiting for us in UBox storage, and had we been able to move in on Monday, rather than waiting until Friday for service that was never performed, we would not have incurred an additional month's rent for storage. Overall, they cost us somewhere between $1200 and $1400 due to delay, and never performed the service.
