I liked the "pay at the table" mechanism. Price: Maybe MC is a little more expensive than Mayberry, but not much more, considering inflation. Restaurant pickings on Sunday night in Toledo are slim, so I thought that I had lucked out to find a legitimate, classy restaurant with top-notch food and a swanky vibe. Nope. It was handsome in that hotel-restaurant way, so there was no impediment to enjoying my meal but nothing to sell the place either. And the absence of other diners is usually a strong point, but nobody wants to walk into a completely empty restaurant, right? Thankfully, the food redeemed them. But in all seriousness, this place had a very large menu with many different options to choose from, which I always love. I ordered the "club classic "with french fries and a side of the smoked Gouda mac & cheese. As you can see in the photo of the sandwich is a serious sandwich that was very large and I could only eat half of it. The ingredients were fresh and I loved how toasted the bread was. The mac & cheese was also quite yummy. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
