It was a smaller job, refinishing the original wood floors in a hall, two closets, and living room. They showed up on time, and took care to cover the tile floor, and put plastic over the doorways and air conditioning unit. The sanding was pretty much dust-free, and they filled cracks between the floor planks. Sammy made sure to help us select the right stain to match the bedroom floor. Based on our other floors, he suggested an oil based product which was a satin finish. On Saturday, they put down one coat of finish, and told us to let it dry until Monday. On Monday, they buffed, vacuumed, wiped, and applied a second layer. We had to give it another full day to dry, and two days before putting a rug down. We are so happy with the way the floors look, and the professionalism of this team!

He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn't expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I'm still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet. Was early to the job everyday and did exactly what was quoted and expected. They moved all the furniture, sanded and refinished the flooring in the whole apartment.
