We typically have not complained much as the crew at Forest Lawn has shown due diligence. But yesterday's trip was a bit of a shock. The site was all dried up and weeds are sprouting. No green grass and looking around find that it is looking all dried up everywhere. I know it is Spring and rainfall isn't up to normal. But what will it look like when summer is here?? Oh, I found Hearing Aids belonging to "Dave" (labeled), so I took it to the office. Forest Lawn can do better with watering the lawns and getting rid of weeds.

White's Funeral Home was very efficient, great at explaining the process, and amazing with providing necessary updates. We opted to do a direct cremation and there was never a lack of communication between the funeral home and myself. Jennifer Carrillo was always available to answer my calls or any questions that came up during the process. Although the pandemic did place a delay on picking up my mother's remains, Jennifer always remained in touch with me and sincerely apologized for the delay. The grounds themselves are generally maintained, but the restroom facilities have been a recurring problem for as long as I can remember. There is consistently no hand soap available and no paper towels. The restrooms also lack trash cans, and many of the fixtures appear worn or in need of repair. Accessibility is another concern. The stalls are extremely small and would be very difficult for many visitors using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids. This cemetery serves a large number of families, and visitors often spend a significant amount of time here. Basic restroom maintenance and accessibility improvements would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone.
