That's when the Backcountry Bar and Grill came through with a superb Irish Coffee that allowed me to be back after thawing out, with new energy and desire to ski. We then came over here for an early Apre Ski. Five people had superb brews, superb Ultimate Grilled Cheese, awesome Chicken Sandwich. And a Backcountry Pulled Pork with an Apple bourbon barbecue sauce that had me licking my fingers. The bartender was the best I've seen in New England.
