I came IN PERSON upon THEIR REQUEST because they told me to go in and they would check. However, they saw that my insurance card wasn't "common" like ones they usually see, and they DIDN'T CHECK and proceeded to treat me like i was a liar. Also the man who works the desk was really nice and he was the one who told me to go in. He didn't seem like he knew how to check?? The lady (the owner) had an attitude since she walked in the door and saw me. She started rambling on about how she doesn't even check, nor take insurance on Sundays. I called another place and they checked it just fine btw. Overall, her entire attitude didn't seem to want new clients and/or new business so dont bother. Find somewhere else. Im sure many other places will be nice and want new clients and business. I'm also korean, and her demeanor and tone towards me was: "I've never even seen this card before" and proceeded to treat me like some pos liar/scammer. Little does she know, I have really good insurance, WHICH IS PROBABLY WHY SHE'S "never seen it." Oh and I called another place immediately after this atrocious encounter and they checked all my insurance within minutes. Lol. Provided explanations, and everything with the coverage I have. F this place. Wtf treatment is this. Idk if u want some low level, scam-ey experience with a niceee side of attitude. Probably better to go somewhere else for your sake. You'll end up leaving more stressed than before you come in.

I've gotten acupuncture semi-regularly for a few years, but never have I ever had acupuncture that hurt this bad or seen a practitioner that left me this traumatized. I literally teared up at multiple points. I sprained my ankle the day prior and wanted to get it checked out. As soon as I sat down, the doctor (I believe her name was Sally Lee) started massaging it and twisting my ankle incredibly aggressively to the point where it hurt so bad I had to tell her to stop multiple times. She then started treatment, and I'm not sure why but a few of the needles hurt really bad. Usually acupuncture barely feels like a pinch upon insertion but these needles continuously hurt and were aching the surrounding areas. She put a few in my stomach which probably hurt the worst and when I told her about the pain, she proceeded to press down on the needles...and I could not stop flinching from the pain. I eventually told her to take them out because I was tearing pretty bad at that point. And she eventually did so very reluctantly lol. All to say, I definitely will not be returning here. The doctor was very dismissive the entire time and I honestly felt like she wanted me to feel pain for some sick reason. I was pretty disturbed when I left, and my ankle is also still in pain so this definitely wasn't worth the visit or cost by any means.

Thankfully, I was introduced to Dr Kim at Hah Chiropractic and went to see him. His office is in a new, modern medical center with plenty of parking. The receptionist greeted me right away and got me checked in quickly. Dr Kim was able to easily locate the tight points in my neck and my back that were the cause of pain. I really like how clearly he explains everything. He showed me on a physical model the connection between muscle, bones and nerves and how they affect each other. I felt comfortable asking many questions throughout the deep tissue massage and I also liked how he checks in consistently on how I was doing. He used cup therapy on my shoulders to help with further releasing tension before the adjustment. At the end, he taught me neck stretches to do daily to prevent neck tightness. After the adjustment, I could lift my head all the way and got back range of motion in my neck so that I could go back to doing daily tasks, such as driving. It was such a big difference from before I walked into his clinic. I made an appointment right away for a second appointment because of how effective the first session was. It really is so affordable as well and we were able to use our HSA card to pay, which was great. He used to only have appointment availabilities on Friday and Saturdays but recently opened up Tuesdays as well. Grateful to have been introduced to Dr Kim!

Not only were they incredibly sweet over the phone, they were able to accommodate a last minute appointment for a 30 minute massage during my lunch hour. I rushed over during my lunch and in the halls I could already smell the aromatherapy coming from suite 105. Joani & Greg were able to get me in right away & I made it back to work right on time, even though Greg threw in a few extra minutes to make sure my shoulders were taken care of.
