I very highly recommend Sunset Property Inspection and Theo. Not only was the service provided extremely thorough and complete, he was a pleasure to do business with and was genuinely as excited for us to have our offer accepted! The set up process was an absolutely breeze, a quick call and call back and we had contact made to let him know we were under contract and he was able to do our inspection nearly immediately. He was very easy to communicate and schedule with and was accommodating of our access to the property. The inspection itself took a few house as he was able to check over every square inch of the house, from the roof and siding, chimney, bathroom, furnace and AC, and even checked for moisture in the walls and attic. We were then called to do a walk through of any areas of concern, and to ask questions on areas we wanted checked out. Very shortly after, we had our 51 page report of any areas of concern, recommendations for follow up, and pictures of the issues via email. Theo took care of inside and outside of the condo for the home inspection to adress also some of my concerns about a few items that needed to be taken care of by HOA, that most of the inspectors wouldnt bother... his inspection took 3 hours for 1300 sqft condo. that itself shows that he didnt leave anything not inspected. his report was thorough, easy to follow and to the point so I knew exactly what I should focus on in a short and long run.
