Theo is the best! This is the second home inspection for which I have contracted Sunset. Both times they were easy to schedule with, extremely friendly, and ridiculously thorough. The report is detailed and is very instructive with respect to what repairs are needed and with what level of urgency. Oh, and the price was excellent - and this time it got even better when he took off 10% once he finished due to unexpected ease of (and lack of) access to some areas under the house and in the attic. To top it off, Theo gave me an extra CO monitor that he happened to have in his truck since the house lacked one, and he anticipate it being a red flag during the appraisal.
