Well if you put a special order in and you haven't received it I guess you can cancel it if you're not getting it. Stay away from these people Pay with American Express so you're able to cancel the transaction quickly , if you take them to small claims court, make a stipulation with your lawyer that they will have to pay for all legal fees they will lose.
