My daughter came with me today and said mom lets try the vegan nachos!!! Well they were so delicious it felt like something almost Spiritual!!!! Before I give my separate review on the food I would like to say the cashier I had yesterday (2-15-22) was absolutely rude to the point I'm giving her her own review. Which I've never done before. I'm giving 5 stars because of the food but I just had to say something. I've been a cashier, I've worked front desk and I've had bad days but to be rude to people who did nothing to you, no. I came in very excited took pictures for my food blog and for yelp. Another cashier had to tell her to attend to me as she tried to act like she did not see me but I thought I was in my head ... wrong I started talking to her and said this is my first time here, before I could ask my following question, she walked away and said "yea, take your time" lol .... Ummm okay? Finally I placed my order then she ask "are you done" with a clear attitude in her voice and face. . . Went here in the summer and was blown away by the many options from cold to hot dishes, prepared and homemade dishes galore. They have many juices available and I ended up ordering a vegetarian enchilada dish. Everything on that plate was amazing and mind blowing. I came here with my mom last week. Not much to look at but the food is a different story. My mom got the 3 entree plate. I tried her garlic kale which was absolutely amazing and the pasta looking stuff, it was good also, on her plate was also some crumbly looking orange-ish pink stuff which had a sweet taste to it but the texture was not my favorite. I ordered the spicy black bean burger and regular fries. I was not impressed at all. I buy veggie patties from the frozen food section of Walmart and that's exactly what the burger tasted like. The parking situation was confusion. I realized they have a separate parking lot next to the restaurant. Once I had that figured out, everything else was exactly what I was looking for. It was kind of dark and dreary, but what mostly disappointed me was that the "burgers" weren't home made. 8 was hoping to co e there and get hand made black bean burgers or veggie burgers, instead I got, I think it was Beyond Beef; it was delicious, but not what I expected. I also got sweet potatoe fries which were fried and greasy, again I was expecting a healthier option. There were other options but not enough to make me wNt to return after those fries. The Nachos and Veggie Burger was great. I also purchased some incense and black soap. I left very satisfied.
