The bowl was made and the bag sitting in the back counter but the rest of the items weren't in the bag. The lady finished the rest of the bag while I waited, not a big deal. However portion sizes are a bit less than other locations, I had ordered extra chicken and it looked like a regular portion. If you're looking for better portions with great taste, I'd recommend Gyro Hut around the corner, they have wraps, bowls, salads, etc. read more

Tried a wrap this time, but the flatbread got really soggy by the time I picked it up to eat at my desk. Usually I order from this location when I'm at work. They typically take a long time to make orders during the lunch rush so I don't go rushing to pick up my order. I don't know how long it had been made and sitting there. Start your bowl with rice, greens, or lentils or a combo of two. Next, add up to three dips like spicy hummus, tzatziki or flavorful harissa. Add your protein next - insider tip is that you can do halfsies - for my veggie friends go for half falafel, half roasted vegetables. Onto the toppings. There's a ton - pickled onions, feta, olives, cucumbers, cabbage slaw, to name a few. Finally, top it off one of their many dressings. The lemon herb tahini is a personal favorite. I love this new "fast food" restaurant for me as I have been looking for one of these for quite a while now. I'm gluten-free and I don't eat processed food at least not highly processed food. I try to limit any processed food as I cook from scratch at home. I really wanted to order something out and with my daughter so we go to Uber eats for delivery. This will be my new go to Restaurant when I'm out and I'm starving and can't eat anywhere because I'm gluten-free and I eat healthy! The line was long, the employees were clearly overwhelmed, and the night shift manager was nowhere to be found, because he was in the back on his phone I saw him!! I actually asked the cashier if a manager could come help, and they told me he said not to get him because he didn't want to do his job. Seriously?!? Watching someone scroll on their phone while their team struggles isn't leadership, it's pure laziness. The food might be fine, but the management is not. I don't usually write reviews, but this visit to Cava was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. From the second I walked in, it felt off. The staff looked completely checked out, no greeting, no smiles, just blank stares like they'd rather be anywhere else. When I asked a simple question about toppings, the girl behind the counter barely looked up and mumbled something I couldn't even understand. Then came the food... if you can even call it that. My bowl looked like it had been thrown together by someone in a hurry who didn't care at all. Half of what I asked for was missing, the rice was cold and clumpy, the chicken was dry, and the pita on the side was rock hard. The presentation was just sad, it honestly looked like leftovers someone scraped together at the end of the night. And the worst part, the place was filthy. Tables were sticky and covered in crumbs, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day, and the drink station was disgusting. I went to grab a lid for my cup and literally saw a roach crawl by. That was it for me. I lost my appetite completely and just threw the food away. It's one thing for service to be slow or a meal to be off that happens. But when a restaurant is dirty and you're seeing bugs, that's a whole different level of unacceptable. It makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen if that's what's happening in plain sight. I've been to other Cava locations that were great, clean, friendly, and well-run, so I know this isn't how the brand is supposed to be. But this particular location clearly doesn't care about food quality, cleanliness, or customers. This was, without a doubt, one of the best culinary turnarounds I have ever witnessed. Service and Atmosphere Upon walking in, the vibe was completely different. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, making us feel valued from the moment we sat down. It was bustling, yet we never felt ignored. The Food The kitchen is clearly under new management. The Harissa avocado was, in a word, perfection--cooked to the perfect consistency, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. My companion's steak was perfectly seasoned. Everything was fresh and, most importantly, hot. Final Verdict What was once a disappointing spot has become a top-tier destination. The Cava on medical has completely changed the narrative. If you had a poor experience in the past, trust me--it's time to give them another shot. They have absolutely earned my repeat business! I don't know what changed but keep it up! A friend of mine told me about this place and I decided to try it. It reminds me of a Greek version of chipotle I ordered the chicken and right rice, which was excellent. The vegetables very fresh. The mixture of vegetables and hummus and garlic dressing was very flavorful. My favorite part surprisingly was the pickled onions. Absolutely love the flavor. Great combination. I also love the crazy feta, it had a very rich flavor and you have to be a cheese lover because it's very strong. The lavender and blueberry drink very light and crisp loved everything about it. Need better quality meat! I got the bowl and tried both of their chickens and was very disappointed. The chicken is cut into small pieces. It's dark me and not enough of the fat has been taking off so you can get grizzly chunks. I decided to give this place another try because I really like all the other things that come in the bowl. The staff was super nice and gave me samples of both kinds of lamb. Absolutely delicious! They have braised lamb and lamb meatballs. Today I decided to get the braised lamb. Now for either of these options you have to pay more. So this makes the bowl a bit pricey. This all would be fine if they kept up with the quality. I could not believe how much of my bowl I was unable to eat. The picture I have attached shows everything that's left that's just all The Nasty Grizzly fatty chunks with tendons and who knows what else left on. They need to do a much better job of preparing both of their land and chicken. Especially considering the price they charge with the amount they give. The same size bowl at Chipotle costs less and I'm able to eat it over a period of 2 days. Not here. You can finish all your food easily. But I guess part of that is because you have to cut out all the nasty fat chunks! Some good notes are is that it's super convenient if you are in the medical center. The staff there is always nice and friendly. They have various drinks which is nice. They have a healthier we're supposedly healthier option for soda. Pretty good. They also have multiple juices. These juices are delicious just one problem with them is that they're way too watered down so again if you're going to charge me that price you should bump up the quality and not be so cheap. For me to take time to write review...it must be really bad. I will NEVER visit this location. I should've taken heed to the reviews posted. Placed online order at 12:22pm and was promised order would be ready at12:45. Arrived at 12:50 , only to wait another 20 minutes...literally. I had to ask cashier 3 times about status and he kept saying they were working on it. I ordered a grains bowl, no meat or veggies to cook?? Plus they were about 4 people before me waiting just as long...not to mention the line waiting to place order. Then when I thought I saw it all...one of the employees was placing some pita crisps into little bag while ringing customer up. He had gloves on but he was handling food and the register with the same glove!!! I felt sick and even more sick when I saw the skimpy portion they gave me.
