I feel like my house got detailed! I will definitely be having them back. I had only used a cleaning service maybe five times in my entire life. (Four were for move-outs, and one was a sadly executed "birthday treat" for myself four years ago.) After reading other Yelp reviews, Super Bright really stood out. I used their website on a Saturday morning to send an email request. When I didn't hear back, I called Monday afternoon and David answered. He mentioned they had been really busy and he hadn't had time to check the website. I took this as a good sign! Rather than hunting down customers, they are just out doing their great work. Update: He called and left a message. He was supposed to meet in the morning. He called back after 5:00pm to apologize and set up another meeting. For a better price I hired Super Bright and they showed up the very next day. They did a better job for less money than the other cleaning company. I no longer live in their area, but we had them come for bi-weekly cleaning services for a couple of years. Their rates were extremely reasonable for a 3 bedroom house, and they did a good job for the most part. Sometimes I would point something out and they would correct it immediately. They did our move-out cleaning and cleaned EVERYTHING spotless. I recently contacted someone in my area (not super bright) for a quote for my 1 bedroom apartment, and they couldn't come close to the value of super bright. Why would I pay someone to clean a 1 bedroom for the same price super bright charged for a 3 bedroom? Super bright was also very accommodating with my rotating work schedule by changing up my appointments as needed. You might be thinking.. go with an individual to get the same person time and time again.. but remember, if you use an individual's service regularly they are your employee in the eyes of the IRS. You would be responsible for their payroll taxes unless you verify the person is an independent contractor in the eyes of the IRS ! That sweet little freelance cleaning lady is probably NOT paying her own payroll taxes. This is why I went with a service like Superbright because they are licensed, bonded, insured, and responsible for the tax aspect. read more

Super Bright was amazing! I called them midday and they came out that night for a quick consult for my home. The cleaning occurred a few days later and it was spectacular! I was extremely happy with the results and the staff members that I was able to meet! I am very picky about my baseboards, bathrooms and random corners and was beyond pleased that they managed to get every nook and cranny that even I sometimes miss! My wife and I used these guys... they were decent, but almost every time we came home they were there still cleaning--it was a bit off putting. Kind of like, "um, okay, what do I do in my home while you guys are still cleaning." We would ask them to please do it between 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. but they would be there at like 6 p.m. when we would get home. Nice people, but definitely a bit annoying. the cleaning was just so - so, nothing spectacular... I wouldn't write home about it. Plus I'm not really sure their services were worth the $100 bucks we were spending each time. The owner "Dave", if I remember right, was a nice guy, but he would always be there cleaning too--gave us the notion that it's probably a pretty small operation, and he may have too many places and not enough workers; which would make sense as to why they were always super late cleaning our place. Overall, I'd say there are probably better choices out there. read more

We used the Yelp Deal but be prepared they kind of do the bate and switch technique. He will want to meet you at the place to be cleaned and he will up sell you. Our place is exactly 750sq. ft and I told him it was a one bedroom not a studio. He met with my wife at the residence and we had mentioned the Yelp deal, next thing you know the price is $200. And he states that the place is bigger than he thought! Ya right! On the day of the cleaning I was told to meet him at the residence at 2PM he never showed until 2:45PM and the Cleaning Lady did not speak much English so It was hard to communicate. They did do it on short notice for us (Good Thing) and they did a OK Job. But we know that it wasn't $200 worth of cleaning that's for sure ($33.33 an hour I know the cleaning lady did not make nearly that.). I chose this company to clean our house after some major construction based on yelp reviews. They sent one person out to clean our 2200 square foot home. She did a superficial job at best. She used a feather duster to clean shutters that had sat in construction for two months. There is still grime on them that still needs to be WIPED off with a damp rag. She left a layer of oven cleaner in the oven that I then had to wipe out again myself. Baseboards never got wiped and fixtures and ceiling fans also got the feather duster treatment. One toilet bowl was left with cleaner in it as she must have been in a rush to leave. I am very disappointed with the quality of cleaning. When I let David, the owner know about this, his response was "I'm sorry you're not happy." Poor customer service. I will not be using this business again. read more

This was the worst experience with cleaning that I have ever had! I had to work the day that they cleaned and when I got home my house looked the same as it did when I left for work in the morning. I tried to talk to the cleaning lady and found her with a feather duster. When David came to pick her up, my husband expressed our disappointment and he blew us off and left. I hired them to clean my 84 year old mother's house every other week. David showed up for the interview with my mother and seemed ok. He was suppose to come between 8 and 9 he showed up at 10 am with three filipino women. he left one behind to clean. she took about 90 minutes to clean the entire two bedroom condo and then sat for 2 hrs until David came to pick her up. The girl told my mother that sometimes he makes her wait until 5:00 to pick her up. My mother was very uncomfortable with this woman she didn't know staying with her for that long. when she told David how she felt he became nasty. she told him to never come back. read more

It was super easy to schedule my move out clean with Super Bright. They asked me some questions about the size of my place and if I needed the fridge, oven, cabinets cleaned and were able to give me a quote over the phone. Other places wanted to come by and give me a quote and then come by later to do the work. I really appreciated how simple it was to communicate through all stages of the cleaning. He called a half hour ahead of time and a half hour before they were done. He brought in all the supplies and packed everything out. The place looked great and I am very happy with the work. I called David a week before my move-out date to schedule a cleaning, and he accommodated my work schedule by arranging for one of his cleaners to come early in the morning around 7:30am. Elena, his cleaner, did a fantastic job in the small studio apartment, and David emailed the receipt to me as he couldn't make it to the apartment in person. I emailed David for a move out cleaning. Hey came by for an estimate on a Tuesday evening, I have a busy schedule and he worked around it which was nice. On Thursday they cleaned our place with wonderful results! I was so impressed with how clean and thorough they were, our place was pretty messy. They cleaned the refrigerator to a sparkling shine, decks were mopped, floors, baseboards, oven, kitchen, bathrooms - everything looked pristine when they were done. I was planning to buy one of the Living Social vouchers as a gift for a friend (who just had a baby) and I called to check out the availability of appointment times in her area. I probably shouldn't have even mentioned I was giving someone the voucher as a gift, because as soon as I did (instead of saying "what a nice idea"...or "thanks for thinking of us"...or anything you might say to attract a new customer!) David said the voucher could only be used for cleaning in your "own home." I told him the voucher rules said nothing about not being able to give one as a gift...and also pointed out that if my friend had the voucher, and called to make an appointment and use it, why would it matter (and how would they even know) who had paid for the voucher? He did not have an answer, but at that point said they would be booked for many weeks. Needless to say, I did not buy the voucher and will not call them again. I understand that the voucher is intended to build business and attract new customers, but someone who got one as a gift, and was pleased with the services, is just as likely to continue to use the service. And for sure, this kind of attitude is not going to attract new business! read more

We needed a cleaning service on sort-of short notice for a rental property. The old tenants were moving out and we had a couple of days before the new ones were moving in. The reviews seems good and when I called to schedule Dave seemed very friendly. He did want to stop by to look at the place but I said unfortunately with the tenants we didn't have the availability. I described in great detail the size of the property and requested the full Move Out cleaning. They did arrive on time- Dave with two other women-and I thought this is going to go pretty fast. We went inside and he wanted to go over everything. Well- it seems what is listed as a standard on the "move out package" isn't necessarily standard. As we went around the house he let me know that it would be extra for the stove, the windows, etc and changed his quote price up by $100. I told him that I have had others clean our personal home that is larger for half the newly quoted price. He seemed a bit shocked and came down in price a bit. We really didn't have much room to re-book with another service so I settled with what he offered. He left with only one of the women staying behind. She had no food or water. I had some errands to run but came back a couple hours later to check how things were going and brought some water for her. She seemed super grateful. The cleaning aspect was great. The property looked exactly as I wanted (minus the windows which I told them I would do myself if they were going to charge $100--- let's keep in mind there are 4 windows in the property, 1 of which is a large sliding door.... but $100?????? ) Anyways-- cleaning was great- but there was a definite bait and switch attempt at the pricing, in my opinion. And the customer service side of things was so so. I am BIG on customer service. It was just awkward. I wouldn't use them again simply for that reason.... read more

I originally hired Superbright to clean my house before a big party in June. The first few cleanings came out great, but it seemed to go downhill from there. First of all I will say if you don't mind having a different person come to your house every time that's probably what you're going to get with this company. They cleaned my house five times and I had four different people. I finally told David the owner that I wanted the same person to come to my house each month. (The one that did the good cleaning) as I don't like having a different person coming every time, not to mention that he has to explain everything all over again. He said that would be fine. On the fifth and final cleaning, not it only did he call me on the morning of the cleaning to cancel and reschedule, when he did come the following week he brought a different person yet again! She didn't do a good job. As other bloggers mentioned, he's always helping to clean at the end himself. As I was leaving I told him I wouldn't be scheduling another appointment and he seemed fine with that. No integrity or concern to try to keep my business. read more
