I have been to this super chix a couple of different times and usually love it. Yesterday, however, was a different story. We got there at 8:45 and ordered. They brought my food out first and I asked for some garlic aioli sauce. He said he would get it. About 10 minutes later my boyfriends food comes out and I asked if he was able to get me the sauce. He shrunk down and said they had already put it away. It was 8:58 at this point. I went up to the counter to ask for it and Leanna looked at me so I asked if she could get me the sauce. As I was in the middle of my sentence she very rudely interrupted me and shouted someone's name for a Togo order. She walked away without saying anything to go get it. I must also add that when my food was given to me, the chicken and the bacon were both cold. I picked it up shortly after they gave it to me so I could try and eat without the sauce. When they gave us the second half of our order they made sure to say "it's worth noting that we close in two minutes." How rude. We had just barely gotten our food and hadn't even had a chance to take a bite, before being told to hit the road. And the icing on the cake....Before they closed we had placed another order for some fries with the rosemary pepper seasoning and when we got them, they had NO seasoning on them. At this point it just felt like they were trying to ruin our visit. Very disappointed in this and hope that something changes. :( read more

We were back 36 hours later for a repeat! This place tastes great and service was on top of it! When a small error was made on our order, they were quick to fix it and offered custard to make up for a mild inconvenience. Restaurant is clean, stylish and is much more upscale than the other chicken place across the parking lot. My only hesitation is that it'll get too popular and Ill have to wait in line. The food was really, really good. Very fresh. They said they don't have a freezer in the restaurant, except to hold their custard, so the chicken is all fresh and never frozen. It reminded me of a Five Guys, but for chicken. The food prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were amazing! I highly recommend going. read more

Yum yummy yummity yum yum. I LOVE this place. I get the grilled chicken strip meal with the sweet and salty fries that taste like kettle corn. I sincerely wish they had a drive thru though! I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH IN UTAH COUNTY AND THIS IS IT. So delicious, affordable, and so many sauces!! I love sauces so the sauce bar was a big hit! I tried almost all of them-- their Special Sauce was my favorite. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was juicy and flavorful! My only complaint was that coleslaw is $1 extra but for a $7 sandwich that's not bad! The fries were sooo good as well. They were crispy and fresh and overall delicious. Tried the cajun and the regular and they were both great. It was SO BUSY. Finding a table was a little rough. We went on a Tuesday at noon, so lunch rush was in full swing. It looked like most people were there on their lunch break. We got lucky and found a table. It looked like tables were turning over pretty quickly so that shouldn't be a huge issue. I went here for lunch with some coworkers and we couldn't stop raving about how good our meal was. The fried pickles were super delicious. I'm not even a pickle fan and I couldn't get enough! I had the Crispy Avo sandwich with an added chicken patty. The avocado was stuffed with Gouda and I tried it with a bunch of their sauces. My wife and I had to try this place because were always craving chicken on Sundays because chik-fil-a isn't open. Being they are still new, I know kinks are probably still being worked on but consistency already seems to be an issue. Pros: The restaurant was clean and the service was great. Everyone was nice and we didn't have to wait long. We thought the ability to try all the sauces was great (we tried almost all of them). The menu diversity was good, plenty of options. Cons: each sandwich is about $7 and you have to buy sides separate. I got the buffalo chicken and my wife got the cheese BBQ sandwich, an order of regular fries and an order of fried pickles. My sandwich had nothing but buffalo sauce and ranch on it. Both sandwiches lacked in flavorful chicken. The chicken was well cooked but barely fit inside the small bun. Both sandwiches didn't have pickles on it (I.e. consistency). We had not even a handful of fries, barely fit the container it came in. Lastly the fried pickles were over cooked and neither of us could enjoy them. I imagine the store has its corporate hirer ups that make decisions about the menu and what not, but our experience in generally was rather disappointing. read more

I've heard good things about Super Chix from friends that had tried it in Texas, and it did not disappoint! I got a chance to try a few different things. Everything was delicious, but my favorite were the tenders. They were perfectly cooked. I've never had chicken that was so tender. The unlimited sauce bar was great too, and I really liked the ranch and the buffalo sauce. The other highlight for me was the custard. I got the mint Oreo fusion and it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had. My girlfriend tried the cookies and cream custard with hot fudge ( which is off menu) and it was really good too! Soggy with no crunch which I mean that's why I want a chicken sandwich...motha flipping crunchitize me captain. That crunch was no where to be seen. The buffalo sauce has no flavor and that drizzle maybe a half a teaspoon of ranch? Idk work on making your chicken spicy before you get these more ambitious sandwiches on your menu... Really gross. They put sugar in our fries, which made it inedible. My family didn't believe me until they tried it themselves. They were immediately thrown in the trash. I am sure this was a mistake, as you don't put sugar on fries... ever... but really gross. The chicken was okay, kind of bland but wasn't dry at least. They claim to be "obsessed about chicken". We found all we could taste was the over cooked (dark) breading, the chicken itself was dry and tasteless. The tables were not cleared and clean. I don't recommend this place, if you want an excellent chicken sandwich go to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. read more

I came here a couple weeks ago and the food is amazing but this time when I came in NONE of the employees were wearing masks. I was appalled. It's bad enough they have no social distancing with their tables and that they don't require customers to wear one but to not have the people preparing your food not wearing a mask?? Horrible. The food is great! Everything is fried in peanut oil, so if you have a peanut allergy please don't come here. My favorite is the fried tenders, the sauce bar is very diverse. Like I said, food is great and so is the custard!! But they refuse to fire a 21 year old man that flirts with 15 year old girls and have a manager who has a problem with sexual harassment in the workplace. Neither of these people have been talked to about their behavior and are allowed to continue it. They don't allow the crew to share opinions with each other and rather than confront a hostile manager, they will cut employee hours and send them home to make an example of them should they defend themself. And don't ever be late to your shift because your ride is sick, they'll fire you on the spot and accuse you of things you didn't do to make it seem like their reasoning is valid! Beautiful scenery and seating, but the music is quite loud and they won't turn it down even when customers ask politely. Also, don't leave a cash tip, they use those to complete unpaid for orders on the register, so the team doesn't actually receive the entirety of cash tips. We discovered this place while in between basketball games for my son's high school tournament. Chick Fil A wasn't allowing inside dining so we reluctantly came here. We were so surprised at how good the food was here! It was so flavorful and the portions were huge! The Korean BBQ was amazing as were the rosemary fries! Wow! I wish we had one in our town.
