They are absolutely doing smash burgers right! We paired it with the fries and slaw, and both were the perfect complements to the meal. If you've always thought of Bossy Beulah's as just a chicken spot, it's definitely time to give their burgers a try. They may have just added a new favorite to the menu. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and parking was easy with both street parking and several lots behind the surrounding shops. I'll definitely be back for another smash burger!

If I can make any suggestion....do not make a purchase without seeing what you are buying. $136.00 later I can say I was disappointed because of the unevenness it was cooked improperly. 4 stars because the cook is partially to blame. 3 stars otherwise.
