Tasty, perfectly fried chicken sandwich on a light, squishy, buttery bun. Fries are similar to five guys but softer and thinner (we love them!). Garlic aioli was more-so a lightly flavored mayo; not my preference but I'm sure it is for many others! If you can handle some heat in your food, skip the Cajun seasoning on the fries and get some extra spicy sauce! Their spicy hot sauce (regular one, not chili paste one) didn't have much flavor but was packing HEAT when applied generously. It's exactly what the fries needed. -- My experience: This place opened about a week ago, and I decided to give it a try. Since it was Saturday around noon I figured the place would be packed, so I ordered online, which was seamless and easy. I received a receipt, then an order confirmation that the shop was working on it. 8 minutes later I'm walking towards the store being greeted by a nice person holding the door open and offering me a menu. I mentioned I ordered online, and he directed me to the pickup register without skipping a beat. I am SO thankful I ordered online, there was a line of 11+ people at the dine-in register! The staff was kind and speedy, and handed me my food within another 4 minutes. As I was walking out I noticed the line had disappeared. The staff took 11 orders in roughly 6 minutes! The kitchen was matching their pace, too. They were pumping food out like SpongeBob when he was cooking Krabby Patties for the swarm of hungry anchovy customers. Bag in-hand I made it back to my car. The aroma of fresh fries filled the air as I checked my order. At first glance I thought the fries had just been launched into the bag, but no! They were overflowing their tray (similar to how five guys puts fries in bags). As mentioned above, the food was very good, especially for the price. It's not common you can find new places in Ballantyne and spend less than $20 on a meal (granted I didn't buy the bottled water for $3 and opted for a $1 water from the gas station across the street). Kudos to everyone working this Saturday, y'all made my first time at Super Chix one to remember. Going to swing by next week to try the custard for sure! read more

If you want a huge, saucey, crispy and juicy chicken sandwich with a mountain of fries, then you are in the right place! We each ordered a fried chicken sandwich with a side and were blown away by how tender the chicken was. I tried the hot honey sandwich with fried pickles (a little salty, a little sweet) and my husband tried the bacavo sandwich with fries. I would recommend catching the chicken sandwich special while you can. It was spicy and sweet with cheese and pickles on a potato bun. Nothing beats a potato bun! Our food was spot on and came out piping hot and fast. They have frozen custard with a rotating special flavor plus milkshakes to come. If only I had the space... there's always next time. Had visited the Indian Land location when it first opened and enjoyed the food and service, so figured why not give the Stonecrest one a shot, but unfortunately my experience was not as good at this location. I had placed an online order and actually showed up 2 minutes before the "ready time" as I did not want to be greeted with cold food sitting under a warmer, but wouldn't you know it, my food was already ready and sitting under a warmer. The sandwich was lukewarm and the fries were cold. Doesn't make sense given I arrived before my order was supposed to be ready, but guess they made it when I placed it and it had been sitting there the entire time. OH MY GOSH! Don't walk, RUN to Super Chix! I was a first time customer today and ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender, crispy and fried to perfection; my husband's sandwich was grilled and again, tender and tasty. We shared a Dutch chocolate custard (ice cream) that was so lovely and luscious we ordered a second serving. We are looking forward to being spoiled again on Sunday. YES! Sunday! Enjoy! read more

The food deserves a better review. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Especially the Nashville hot. The fries are run of the mill fast food fries. The shakes are decent as well. However for the price I won't return. A meal for one with a drink is about $20. Way too much for what they are offering compared to the competition. A family of four can do much better for $80 IMHO. Service was good, we ordered togo and it was my first time and I will be trying it again however the Korean bbq sandwich is extremely spicy which is not listed on the menu AT ALL it also didn't come with pickles like it said. If I had know it was spicy i wouldn't have gotten it for myself. Simply trying to warn other people who can NOT eat spicy food. I definitely recommend putting it somewhere on the menu that it is indeed spicy because I can see how this would make others not come back. read more
