To make matters worse, when we asked about the delay, we were told the wait was an hour--contradicting the original 30-minute estimate. To top it off, the food itself was disappointing. The rice and noodles were hard, as if they were either undercooked or improperly cooked on the grill. The shrimp were the only part of the meal that actually tasted good. This entire situation could have easily been avoided if the staff had simply confirmed my contact information properly.
