Super Chix is a welcome breath of Fresh Air to Ft. Mill SC. First and foremost it is extremely clean. There were people actively spraying and wiping down tables and chairs and booths. Their flow of customers to the POS when they take your order is smooth and they can also get an additional person to decompress a crowd by taking orders with a tablet. The menu is wide and varied. Fried or Grilled chicken, salads ,sandwiches and Custard that is home made !! All to die for ! The fries are hand cut. The chicken is fresh never frozen. Everyone there was working together and seemed happy . I truly believe the owner lives there. I have only tried a coupe of things. I have a deep love for the Korean BBQ and it's tasty, sweet heat . The coleslaw is made fresh and complements the Korean BBQ heat. A tall and polite young man kept checking on me and my wife and filling up our drinks. Hospitality! Good food, super nice staff. We stopped here for a quick dinner after a long day of driving. Everyone was so nice, they helped us navigate the menu and how to order. The Cajun fries were tasty and the BBQ cheese chicken sandwich and the buffalo chicken sandwich were both excellent. They threw their doors wide open, hit the ground running and NEVER miss a beat. Their staff are attentive, yes sometimes lines are out the door but it's always quick. Food is always amazing, fresh, and although a bit pricier than your typical Chikfila which seems to be what everyone compares it to, Super Chix is well worth every penny. Try the Bacavo Salad with chicken, rosemary fries and the mint choc shake. There's a gentleman that usually stands by the door and assists customers with to-go orders, really nice and double checks each order. This is my second time visiting this location.Its relatively new to the Ft Mill SC area and it has created a lot of mostly positive buzz. Its good to have another restaurant choice. My experience is "mixed". The food is good but in my opinion not particularly special. On my first visit I ordered to-go and I had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich and it was "ok". My wife had the House Salad and she loved it! For today's visit I had the Chicken Tenders and Reg Fries. This entree was really very basic and the tenders were small. The presentation was sloppy and looked "thrown together". My wife had the house salad again and once again she was very pleased. Overall my experience has been average. If I do visit again I definitely wont retry any of the items that I've ordered previously. The salad seems to be the best option to this point. read more

Got take home for the 1st time today - should have stuck to the sandwiches and fries. Got a chicken salad in the size of a cereal bowl for $12.... Being serious - I've seen side salads nearly the size. Anyway, I do recommend this place for the quality of the chicken. Just bring both credit cards... and don't get take home salads. read more

I truly like the place and have been going there since it opened. The lines used to be out into the parking Lorraine but recently they have been much shorter. While this is great from a timing perspective I think the reasoning is that their prices have gotten outrageous. I stopped in the other day and a chicken sandwich, fries, and a soda cost me $17.43. In fairness the fries are enough to share if you go with more than one person but still overpriced. read more

Had high expectations based upon all of the hype for this place since it opened. Got a simple chicken sandwich and fries with a sweet tea. A bit pricey compared to competitors. The chicken sandwich was good but not the best chicken sandwich on the road. Liked the fries a lot. Staff came and stirred the sweet tea just before I poured some and it was light brown in color and fantastic! Went back for a second cup about 10-15 minutes later and it came out dark brown and wasn't sweet at all. Was sitting right next to drink station so nothing changed since the first cup. Tried a bite of my son's grilled chicken salad and it was very good. Grilled chicken much better than down the road. Person taking orders was not rude but could not have been any less helpful or friendly. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for wanting to place an order. read more

I have tried a salad and 2 sandwiches. When it comes to customer service this place is a 10/10. The owner or manager, I can't tell, was very busy monitoring the dining room and making sure customers were satisfied. The salad was a bit steep in price for what you get but the flavor on the grilled chicken was definitely there. Today, I ordered two sandwiches, Nashville hot chicken and buffalo, both fried, once again flavor immaculate. The chicken breasts were kind of small but that's probably due to national increase in chicken price. Fried pickles were disappointing, very mushy. I was excited to try this place for lunch since the reviews seemed promising. I ordered cajun fries and they gave me regular instead. They also messed up my dipping sauce request too. I really enjoy eating Super Chix but only in the store. I've never experienced this before at any other restaurant so I think they need to re-access their pickup order situation. The food comes in a grease drenched bag, and is extremely wet and soggy regardless of how soon you pick up your food. For that I am subtracting a star. Better containers with more airflow for the chicken would certainly help, as well as some sort of tried-and-true fry holder like literally every other restaurant has. Their food is very good though, I'd just recommend eating it immediately at the restaurant. read more
