Just wanted to say how good the service was for a walk up and order kind of restaurant. The line was long but went by quickly for having only two cashiers. Super Chix nails it! If you're craving fried chicken, then this is the place for you to go. I've been twice since they've opened and Super Chix is rockin' and rollin'. Both times, there was no wait so don't let that deter you after reading the other reviews. I tried the tenders, fries, fried pickles, coleslaw and custard. The tenders are the star of the show and rightfully so. They're juicy and well battered with a crust that stays on even as leftovers. The fries are fresh cut potatoes, fried crisp and salty in the best way. The coleslaw is a little sweet and fresh; a great add on. The fried pickles are crisp, crunchy and sweet, too. Make sure you leave room for custard - even if you think you can't fit it. The rotating flavor is the way to go. Right now, it's Heath bar mixed in with vanilla. You can also grab a pint to go, if you're a quitter. Just kidding, but definitely don't skip it. Oh, and make sure you hit the sauce bar for all your dipping needs! read more

Came home from college and my mom told me about this place that just opened so we decided to try it. We were welcomed very kindly and promptly when entering the restaurant. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. Shorty after ordering I realized that there was no meal combos. For 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks it came about to be 36 dollars. My sandwich was good but nothing special about it, it taste the same as any chicken sandwich I've ever had. The fries were not my favorite, most of them were over cooked and bland. Not a bad restaurant at all, but definitely some better options. Honestly I would personally just go to Chick-fil-A, much cheaper and it's going to taste just as good if not better. read more

Super solid chicken spot! As a first timer I ordered the korean bbq chicken sandwich to be "different". However I also wanted to just taste the chicken on its own so I got 2 chicken tenders as well. Keep it simple. After eating the tenders I was sad the coleslaw and korean bbq sauce was hiding the amazing breading on the chicken . Sandwich had a little kick to it as well. Next time I would get the tenders or just a plain/ deluxe chicken sandwich. Definitely will reconsider going to Chick-fil-a or Zaxbys next time and Superchix will be in my rotation as well! Our first time here. What a great little find. The sauces were delicious the chicken was awesome and service was very friendly. Only downside I would say is to lower the music volume. We went opening day and was very impressed, we tried several menu items from the chicken mini's, hot wings, cordon bleu and the Cajun fries all the way to the milk shakes, by far this was the best chicken sandwich's and fries I have had the kids liked the milkshakes. We ordered the deluxe chix sandwich, the chix sandwich with avocado and cheese, and fries. Everything was cooked tomorrow and all the employees were actively cleaning or helping a customer. I think the layout of the sauces can be placed a little further from the drink machine only because I noticed a long line waiting to get to these items and there is plenty of space on the right side of the drink machine.
