Super Chix is a must-eat place for people who love chicken tenders and sandwiches. Great family place to take the kids! You can order how many tenders you want--two, three, four or five. They're good size and meaty! The sandwich we ate was seriously better than Chick-Fil-A's. Similar breading and qualities...but better. Plenty of pickles. The fries were crispy--and could have had more seasoning--but were excellent. There's a sauce bar with BBQ, Honey Mustard, Buttermilk Ranch, Buffalo, Korean BBQ, Nashville Hot and Super Chix Signature. Food is cooked fresh and delivered quickly. Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken and it was a good Chicken sandwich. It had no real heat to speak to; this is medium or mild. I mean the pickle had more taste than the heat. I was really hoping to get some real hot chicken in the area. Only PoppyCox has real heat; it is like going to Nashville. Anyway good chicken sandwich and fries. What a busy Thursday lunch but I thought based on the crowd our meal came out timely. I'd rather wait a bit and it be fresh and hot. I like the environment inside and decor is very appropriate with a nod to Fort Mill. The salad was fresh and busting with flavor (Nashville Hot), one tender was slightly chewy but the others all tender and delicious, the fries were crispy with the right amount of salt. Brand new with the attitude of got the hang of it. Employees appeared happy and managers navigated the dining area. Everyone was pleasant. The space has lots of light and it's clean. Love the sauce bar- ranch, Korean BBQ, signature are among the options. Chicken was golden, juicy and not greasy. What magic! Fries remind me of Ace Burger, yet here they have three spice options- cajun, rosemary and black pepper and I forget the third.. The little one loved the custard. There is vanilla, Dutch chocolate and a weekly rotation. This week's is Reese's Cup. Prices are moderate. My family enjoyed the chicken filets at Super Chix but do not require the buns. I am revising my negative review for Super Chix in Fort Mill. My family loves the food at this location and usually have a very good experience. While I had a very bad experience with an employee who was rude and impersonating the manager, I do not wish to say anything negative about the business. The owner/manager now understand what the situation is and will hopefully educate the staff on how to speak with customers and also not to say they are the manager when they are not. We were told a few times ago that we can order just the filets. We have done this twice now with no issues, they even had a price for just the filet ($3.99). I called this evening to place the same order and was treated like a problem customer, all I said was "I would like to place an order for pick up" and the girl who answered the phone gave the call to the general manager. I proceeded to place my order and the manager started yelling at me saying they sell sandwiches not just filets and whoever allowed me to do this is the past was wrong. She was literally yelling at me for no reason. Rudest person ever. Not sure how she became General Manager but she should not be if this is how she interacts with customers trying to place an order. read more

I finally tried Super Chix today! I placed my order to go because it was very busy. Ok so I can honestly say I'll be back. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient! I wasn't there long after I ordered. It gave me time to get all the sauces they had. The signature, honey mustard, and Korean BBQ are my favorite! I enjoyed my Bacavo sandwich and my boyfriend enjoyed his Chicken Mini and pickles. He loved the pickles. The cheese fries were ok to me and the Cajun fries are spicy but I like that! First time trying after a recommendation and I will definitely be back! This place blows Chick-Fil-A out of the water in terms of food quality. I tried the deluxe sandwich and was impressed with it being made fresh. The fries were decent, maybe a bit too soggy for my taste, but the chicken was hot and fresh! My daughter loved her chicken tenders and the custard. I enjoyed that you can try all of their dipping sauces at their sauce bar, so nice not to have to ask for little packets.
