    Delicious B.

Today was my first time to this place. I was looking for a doughnut shop in the area and passed one up so I had to bust a U turn but as I was making a U turn the smell and the sweet aroma of fresh baked goods hit me and had me making doughnuts in the street, braking my neck trying to follow the smell! Lol! The concha's we're by far the best I have ever had. I bought two with a coffee I would've bought more to take home, but I told my Husband I was on a Atkins diet so I couldn't show up with them to the house I will definitely be returning sooner then later! And lovely customer service!

This place was amazingly delicious. I ordered my childhood favorite dish sincronizada and my wife ordered the pambazo. We also ordered their empanadas. I must say this joint exceeded my expectations. I found a new regular spot to go to.

I originally went to Superior to pick up a few things for a weekend dinner. While shopping, I…read morenoticed Ramirez Bakery and told myself I'd stop in afterward because I was craving a cortadillo. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone was very welcoming. I ordered a cortadillo and a cuerno, and honestly, it was one of the best cortadillos I've ever had. It was incredibly moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I've had cortadillos from other bakeries that were a bit dry, but this one was perfect. One thing to note is that it's not your typical panadería where you grab your own pan. Everything is displayed behind glass, and when you're ready, someone behind the counter assists you. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Tried the pan dulce here and it's amazing. I ordered over 100 pieces for a work event and everyone…read morereally liked them. The conchas are nice and soft and the topping is tasty and not too sweet. My favorite are the elotes and cuernitos. They are fresh and at a good price. Mini conchas, mini piggy cookie, small cookies are all 2/1.00 Service is also good. The ladies are welcoming and friendly. There will be a line in early morning.

Nonna Mercato holds a special place in our hearts. They are like members of the family at this…read morepoint because we are there every week reliably. At least a few times. Nonna has become our go to bakery, our sweet retreat, and one of our favorite local brunch spots. Now, they even have happy hour and, during the summer, dinner (Nonna Summer Nights)! And all of the food is amazing. Seriously, truly legit! We buy bread from there each week. No more "big box store" bread you freeze. They make their bread fresh daily. They only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients with no preservatives. It's nice to look at an ingredient list and not see a paragraph for bread (and be able to pronounce all the names!). And their cupcakes and sweets. Yo, seriously so good. And the thing is, because of the ingredients they use, we don't feel heavy or overly wired after eating cake or cupcakes from them. From other places you can tell they use preservatives, refined sugars, processed ingredients. But with Nonna, you can just taste the difference. We even had them make our special cake for our wedding! We recently tried their dinner (twice!) and it exceeded expectations. Now, mind you, all of their food has always been good but our experience was amazing. Their prix fixe menu was well put together, wine pairings on point, dessert was also delicious. Our favorite was the tiramisu! Also loved the spaghattini and casarecce pastas, and entrecôte di manzo, but everything was great. Their brunch is also great, you really can't go wrong on the menu. And I think we've gone through almost all of it! Finally, (if you've stayed with me this long!) the absolute best thing about Nonna for us is the TEAM. Hands down no question. The food is good, space is a comfortable neighborhood vibe, and all that. But truly the folks here are amazing humans. Always friendly, warm, and welcoming. If the management team is reading this, you all have a great group of people there! We will definitely be back (again and again and again) and you should too!

Baked eggs are delicious! It's like a shashuka style egg dish baked in a clay pot. Comes with two…read moresmall slices of bread. My qualm about Nonna's is this: Baked goods already purchased cannot be eaten at dining table. So with that said, you're eating Baked Eggs with 2 small slices of bread that is not enough...and they will not let you grab a piece of bread you just bought at their bakery to dip into the egg sauce. WTH is that logic???? Honestly, not cool. And their bread is HELLA EXPENSIVE. If I'm going to buy your expensive bread and pay to sit at your table, WHY CANT I EAT THE BREAD I JUST BOUGHT? Makes no sense!! So now I make my own Baked Eggs and my own bread. I can eat as much as I want. 4/5 for Baked Eggs 1/5 for their bakery policy
