Communication was great as was the sweet team of women who appeared. This was a house cleaning subsequent to Open Houses followed by a month of construction renovations. My partner requested deep clean from this company while I was traveling, to surprise me. So., the clean was NEVER deep, not even enough for the surfaced cleaning, it was just surfaced. I was BADLY disappointed with this service when I returned 1 day after this "deep" cleaning was done. It NEVER meant to be deep. it was surfaced. yes, some visible parts seemed to be cleaned, but NO more than we would occasionally do it, not even requesting a service. DO NOT ASK THEM FOR DEEP CLEANING! EVER! This is going to be a WASTE of your money, so it was ours. We are real customers, not a fake review. Update to review as of 4/2019 - we have been using Super Clean 360 every month for a year now with amazing results! We usually have a team of 2 professionals arrive to complete a total of 6h of work (over a 3h timeslot) in a residential home, but sometimes additional professionals join the team and the work is done much faster with more help, cutting the 3h to 1h. This is a huge help for us and our house has never been cleaner. The team composition varies somewhat month-over-month but all employees have gone above and beyond when asked to help with small additional tasks if time permits, such as cleaning harder-to-reach areas or helping sweep walkways, and are all very punctual, professional and gracious. Billing process with card on file couldn't be easier - automatically receive receipt via email, and the card charges are extremely punctual (usually charged day after service) with a monthly recurring discount. Would highly recommend this service to anyone in the East Bay or surrounding areas! read more

Initially I would have given four stars but after super responsive, helpful, & committed communication with customer service (shout out to Shawna) I am giving five stars. I had scheduled a move out deep clean of my apartment. The crew of three women that came were lovely & kind, however I wasnt 100% satisfied with the clean. Had it been a regular clean of my living space it would have been fantastic, however given that it was a deep clean for move out, I needed it as close to spotless as possible, e.g. walls thoroughly washed & free or scuff marks, corners dusted, interior windows cleaned, etc. I reached out to customer service & they responded with a call & email almost immediately, offering to send the team back out to finish the job free of charge (& with a discount to the overall job). Shawna helped coordinate between me & the team to find a time that worked & Shawna was so committed to getting the team back out to do a thorough job & help me get back as much of my security deposit as possible. After the second cleaning, the place looked INCREDIBLE!! It was practically glowing. Walls were completely scuff free, windows cleaned, all corners dusted thoroughly. Mariana even scrubbed my bathroom ceiling which had a bit of mildew on it. I was so impressed not only by the follow up cleaning but by the truly amazing, understanding customer service I received & their dedication to ensuring my apartment was spotless for my move out inspection.
