Everything every other reviewer has written is 100% true. One of the few business I have ever dealt with that honestly deserves every five star rating it has received. I needed a TON of stuff printed for a big show that I had coming up. I went in about a week and half before the show nervous that I had waited to long and wouldnt be able to get my stuff in time. Piyam (sp?) immediately helped me and made me feel better about everything. He helped correct some formatting issues I had and gave me a discount for printing so much. I read all the reviews, and made a phone call. Brandon was so eloquent, helpful and informative that I got in my car and drove over there with my pen drive to see what could be done with my wedding Save the Date cards. The whole experience was so fast, and pleasant. He quickly set up my file, printed some samples. The color and saturation was beautiful. He calibrates the printer every day! I love the paper we used, and the special cut I requested came out perfect in every card. Then there is the price... It was about $60 for 100 double sided, full color cards. custom cutting, around 4x6 and the whole thing was done in 3 hours. I think I got lucky with the time though. He told me it would be ready for pick up the next day, by noon. But then called me three hours later to say that it was finished. seriously? I needed a passport size picture for my license so decided to try this place. It's not in a super nice area but it's pretty safe I think. There were 3,4 people on the other side of the counter but nobody approached me for the first few min. Then finally a lady asked what service I would like and so I told her. She told me to wait....5min later, she got me and took me to the back to take the picture. The back room was tiny but decorated as a photo studio. She took 2 pictures, said it's done, I paid and that was that. Honestly, I didn't really care for the pictures but she said it's good so I kinda had to say ok. I didn't have as great of an experience as others but it was cool. You pay a little more than at a big box office supply store, but they'll make the copies for you, notarize your documents, take your fingerprints, sell you the most common office supplies (except toner), get your photos off your phone and email them to you, etc. Always a pleasure to get your printing/copying needs met. Positive: I really like this place. One of the best print shops I've ever been too. Everyone I friendly and willing to help. I've come to this place twice over the course of two year and I've gotten 5 star service both times. If I lived closer to this place I would come for all my printing needs. Super Copy can count me in for all my specialty prints in the future. Negative: I did have one problem and it's the reason I gave 4 stars. I recently had a project done that super copy couldn't completely fulfill. One of there machines was broken. It wasn't a big deal because I could still accomplish what I needed to with what they did do. I wish they would have offered a solution or discount or something. I wanted what I ordered not 90% of it. No other solution was offered -not come back and we'll take care of you when the machine is replaced - not here's a discount for not completing your order - not head to our friends over at another shop and we'll take care of them completing your order. I came in for the first time today since it's in my hood and I needed some images printed and make 1 copy that I ended up doing myself. Alright. Didn't see that the copy I made even came out so I hit the button again. I told the owner who told me that he charges for mistakes. He then went off that it's less than a price for a coffee. WOW. It's one page. Absolutely no need to lecture me on prices or get defensive. I had him print out some images which were 69 cents a page. They came out ok. I had no idea they could combine images on 1 page that's my bad for not calling in advance and bringing in all jpegs instead of pdf's. I then asked again if he can let an extra page slide since it was a mistake, and my first time in that place. He started to go off how he's running a business. I told him to just charge me cause honestly I didn't want to deal with him, and if 15 cents is worth losing a customer ok. Also all over the place there are signs about no cell phone use, and other things he doesn't allow. Super funny. This guy had a nasty attitude and honestly there are so many copy places in LA that it's just not worth dealing with. Will not be coming back there. Beyond disappointed with this establishment. My husband went into this place to get a live scan done to submit paper work to get an exposed fire arm permit. To make a long story short they screwed us. They submitted the paperwork incorrectly to the state. We had been waiting 3 months. Next thing you know we go back to have it done correctly and they submit it wrong again since their equipment wasn't working properly. So the state wouldn't accept it. Go in a third time and they want to charge us more money for their mistake. The woman that helped my husband (Zohreh Ayazi) was beyond rude. I don't understand how such ignorant people could run a business. At no point did my husband act rude towards her like she did towards him. Don't waste your time with these people. read more

I had my wedding escort name cards printed here as well as the table names and a seating chart. Everything turned out perfectly! I also loved how easy it was to just email them what I wanted printed with a description of what I was aiming for one evening and then they had test prints ready for me before I walked through the door the next morning! Had a not great first experience. There wasn't a lot of clarity and good communication with the woman I talked on the phone with about my order and I was quoted a very different price. When I came in, I asked the lady again who i was on the phone with and still no clarification on her part. So when my order comes out much more expensive than I had expected I was very disappointed. I felt no one who worked there knew how to handle my dissatisfaction with the situation and I was basically shrugged off. Mind you I wasn't irate, I just explained my confusion to deaf ears. Sure we had a miscommunication but I guess I expect more from a small business on how to handle these kinds of issues. I was raised by successful small business owners and our family has been in business for over 50 years. My dad is someone who works next to his employees and builds relationships with customers so I felt extremely uncomfortable having to return later to pick up my altered order. This place deserves all their 5 stars, really. My business just moved into our first physical office and we have three big glass windows that needed creative branding with decal signage. There was also an art fair happening right outside our door within days and we had to make the signs fast in order to take advantage of all the foot traffic outside. I talked to Panay over the phone, sent him the artwork, and he had the oversized vinyls ready in less than a day. When I picked up the signs, his sister was there running the shop. She called him on the phone right away and he explained to me exactly how to install them. At the office, they installed so easily and honestly make our space look incredibly professional.
