I ordered some postcards for work thinking it would take several days to have the order filled. Within hours of emailing my initial inquiry, I received a confirmation email with a couple simple questions. In fewer than 24 hours I was notified that the order was ready for pick-up. I was like, "Whoa! No printers work this fast in LA!" But, Super Copy does and they're incredibly nice people on top of that. I know who'll be getting all of my copying business in the future! Had a not great first experience. There wasn't a lot of clarity and good communication with the woman I talked on the phone with about my order and I was quoted a very different price. When I came in, I asked the lady again who i was on the phone with and still no clarification on her part. So when my order comes out much more expensive than I had expected I was very disappointed. I felt no one who worked there knew how to handle my dissatisfaction with the situation and I was basically shrugged off. Mind you I wasn't irate, I just explained my confusion to deaf ears. Sure we had a miscommunication but I guess I expect more from a small business on how to handle these kinds of issues. I was raised by successful small business owners and our family has been in business for over 50 years. My dad is someone who works next to his employees and builds relationships with customers so I felt extremely uncomfortable having to return later to pick up my altered order. When a place already has 5 star reviews, what can I add? Okay, I'll try - there is ALWAYS a notary present. At least when I go. No "oh, she'll be in tomorrow." They also help you save money. I wanted to fax a document, the guy behind counter said "it's a lot of pages - it would be cheaper if I scanned it and saved as PDF." Thank you yelpers for helping me find this gem! Im sick of Kinko's and their workers who always look so miserable. Went to Kinkos one evening to print out my resume. Simple right? Not to them. They said they couldn't and to come back the next day. Really? Wow! This huge establishment and you can't print out my resume from a cd? Silly. Decided to go to Super Copy because you yelpers gave this place 5 stars. Now I know why. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and hellos. Told them I needed 2 copies of my resume on resume paper. Picked out the paper from their good amount of selections and I walked over to sit down. My butt didnt even touch the seat yet, and they were finished. 4 pages came out to $2.18. Wish I had more things to copy. Definitely my new go-to. read more

Super Copy really helped me out today with prompt service and the staff was all smiles. I needed four things - Live Scan fingerprinting, Ink fingerprinting (different state and agency), notary, and a passport photo. I was very impressed that I walked in without an appointment and the staff moved very fluidly from service to service. It's that kind of business "flow" that makes for a great experience. I only needed one passport pic but they gave me another card with two more pictures at no charge. I might come back to have them print my resume! My experience here has been very mixed. For extremely basic printing needs I never had issues, and I can't speak to many of the print services they provide, so I'm leaving the rating at 3 stars, but I can say that I do NOT recommend getting smaller sized prints here. Twice now I've gotten low-quality prints back from them containing noise and de-saturated colors. When I asked about the quality of the image I was told that it was because it was not a vector file and that it was an issue with my image and not something on their end. I've been working with graphics for over a decade and am more than familiar with drawbacks of working with bitmap images over vector, so what he was saying did not go over my head. I've re-examined the image I sent, but there is no noise there. It is not an issue on my end, and even if it was then I should have been warned about the drop in quality. I've had the exact image printed at other printers and had no issues with color or noise. Either their software is down-resing the images or the printers are outdated or just plain low quality. Regardless, both times I've raised questions about the printers my comments were brushed off as though they were my problem. Honestly it was difficult for me to tell if they don't understand the problem or if they just can't be bothered to offer a solution let alone explain the problem, but the lack of care has left a bad taste in my mouth. If an Eco-friendly printing service like the one I got good quality prints from can do it, then I don't understand why they can't here. I've always driven out of my way to come to this spot because I liked the vibe, but I really have no reason to come back at this point. read more

Not only do they provide fast and accurate service but also they help out if you are stuck with stuff that needs to be minimized or expanded, graphically. Due to a miscommunication my print was smaller than what I asked for but they immediately fixed it even though it was not their job. I joined Yelp just to write a review about this place. I went there because of the positive Yelp reviews I read and if I hadn't just moved, would definitely go back. Went there to print my wedding invitations, not only were they very thorough at hearing about everything I wanted done for the printing, they were also able to make adjustments to help make the printing quality better and were VERY personable (gushing over our friend-designed invites, asking about the wedding, etc). It is definitely a family-run local place. They were fast, cheap, and very kind. Love this place! read more

I needed some copies of my resume fast, and it was easy going at Super Copy. They had at least a dozen kids of nice paper to choose from, were really friendly, and made sure I proofed how my resume looked before printing more. I joked around with them and was out of there in no time. Parking lot is tiny and cramped, but that's my only complaint. read more

my new favorite print shop! i was starting to feel a little put off by how my previous printer would make me feel uncomfortable when i wanted to pay with my AmEx. i know the fees are higher for the business but if they choose to accept that form of payment, they shouldn't constantly be pressuring you to use a different kind of card or be asking for cash instead. so i started shopping around and, lo and behold, i found super copy! the name says it all. i've been nothing but pleased with the service i've received here and the staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. i greatly appreciate how responsive they are to email, it's never taken more than an hour (and often much less) to receive a reply and this is extremely valuable when i don't have time to waste. quality work, fast turn-around and nice people... super copy lives up to its name. read more
