I love super duper so much but I swear those garlic fries always mess with my sleep because of the grease and garlic. I've never had that experience with any other fry but without fail, if I eat super duper garlic fries, I will have a bad night of sleep lol. I always order the mini burger with grilled onions and jalapenos. I used to get the regular burger but that always ended up being way too much meat. Highly recommend adding an egg if you want to splurge, they cook it so well and it tastes delicious with the burger. Also love the pickles but have noticed some inconsistency in flavor every time I go. Sometimes it's just salty, other times more vinegary and sweet. I typically order on the kiosk so I don't interact with the workers much, but service is prompt and friendly, they're definitely not dilly-dallying back there. The workers are always friendly and I'm usually acknowledged in some way, unlike Shake Shack. The burgers also taste better; I haven't had a bad burger experience, whereas Shake Shack is hit-or-miss. Super Duper also has garlic fries and pickles, both of which are NOT at Shake Shack. I am still disappointed Roam burger is no more, which had better quality burgers and seasonal items, like roasted vegetable platters. Super Duper is more greasy. On the other hand, Super Duper cost less than Roam burger. On the other other hand, they don't have a rewards program, which I had a ton of stars from Roam. The parking is shared with Whole Foods, so I would avoid coming here during the busy hours of Whole Foods (unless you're already going to Whole Foods), which is typically in the evenings when everyone gets off work and pretty much most of the weekend. We got some fries, double burgers with cheese, caramelized onions and a fried chicken sandwich. The coleslaw served with the chicken sandwich was interesting with some apple and cabbage. We got the super burger with a fried egg + the Poblano burger with a lettuce wrap. The super burger was really good and I'd recommend everyone to get it. The poblano burger is the weekly special but wasn't really flavorful. This was my first time trying the lettuce wrap and it wasn't my favorite (I usually love the In n Out protein burger but I'm not a fan of the lettuce they used here). I would just order the super burger with the regular bun the next time I come. We also ordered the weekly special milkshake which was Mango with Tajin flavored and that was really good! Great burger place next to Whole Foods, the burgers are large and worth the price. Went there to try out the Bird burger which is a Fried chicken burger hot and spicy. The ordering is simple just use the kiosk, and they will call out your name when it's time for pickup. Plenty of seating, with a modern look, nice art work on the walls, I think it resembles a Shake Shack, quick service and very helpful staff, I am allergic to sesame so the person at the counter quickly remade the burger with Cihabatta bread, the fries are yummy with Jalapeños and cheddar cheese, the garlic fries are a must have as well. I go to this Super Duper location for lunch often when I am in the area and enjoy the quality of their burgers. Although Super Duper is considered a fast food burger joint, its burgers are definitely a step up from McDonald's and Habit but probably on par with Five Guys minus the loads of toppings included. The burgers and sandwiches have never taken more than ten minutes to prepare but I usually order ahead when I am in a hurry. For this recent visit I ordered their B.E.C. Burger on their kiosk for dine in. While waiting, I was able to self serve my own water and pickles are available by the drinks. My burger was ready in about five minutes and I thought it was a nice gesture to arrange the Super sauce as a smiley face on the inside top bun (I found out this is the norm and nothing out of the ordinary for this burger). The 1/4 pound burger was a good size with the added bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and Super sauce. The egg obviously got a little runny and messy but good thing paper towels are readily available. Aside from their burgers, Super Duper has a very good fried chicken sandwich. The fries are just okay to me and I have not tried any of their sweet offerings. This location usually has music playing inside and the staff is generally nice and helpful, going around to each table asking how the diners' experiences are. I think this might be my new go to burger spot. It's cheaper than shake shack, fries are better than in n out, and their soft serve is to die for. and they have PICKLES. Super Duper is great as a higher end burger spot, their fries are delicious and the ketchup isn't just high fructose corn syrup Heinz. You can genuinely taste the acidity of the tomato puree. Vibes are good, they aren't a pretentious burger spot despite still being a chain! My boyfriend and I got garlic fries, a Super Burger, a soft serve, and a spicy order of The Bird. To put it bluntly, the beef here does not taste like "straight cow" like cheaper fast food chains do. The patty is really juicy! The brioche bun on both our sandwiches is also so yummy and sweet. I really like the breading on the fried chicken sandwich at this spot. I kept hyping up Straus dairy products to my boyfriend, and he did not get it until he tried it! I've had the Straus ice cream before at Gottman's, and they still stand out to me to this day. They hit the perfect spot of being milky but adding that aerated soft serve texture. The burgers patties are super fresh (since they ground their meat daily), and the fries are out of this world. This is what we ordered: Super Burger: $10.50 with cheddar (+$1), jalapenos, extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, and extra onions. And all the other extras toppings are free!!! Say whaaat??!! I didn't think a fast food place would be much different than others, but I like truffle oil and mushrooms so I am always willing to try new places! And I'm glad I did! But everything was on point and really delicious that I was pleasantly surprised! They also had nice touches- like pickle spears that you get from a jar! And usually I don't feel places get the garlic fries right so I don't order it and ordered regular fries. But when I tried my son's garlic fries, I wish I got that one! It was very delicious and not overpowering like many places. Just right! I didn't try it but my son had a spicy chicken sandwich which he said was good but very spicy. He likes spicy and can take it, but just a heads up to others. I say order the truffle burger( only for a limited time til the end of the year!)! That is one of my top burgers and number 1 in fast food places! Also very clean and staff were very friendly! Nice place to visit with outdoor patio seating. Delicious burgers, but where are my pickles? My wife and I love their burgers, their sauces, and the option of adding grilled onions to our burgers. We also love the Super Duper pickles. However, our last few orders have failed. We assumed the failed Super Duper deliveries were due to Door Dash. We ordered pickles, but none showed up. For another delivery order, the "side of pickles" option did not exist. Maybe this time they ran out of pickles. For a third delivery order, both french fries and pickles were missing in our order. Of course each of these deliveries involved a sealed bag with a ticket showing all the items that are supposed to be in the delivery bag. Tonight I ordered Door Dash pick up, because I wanted to see if I could finally get a side of pickles added to my order. I picked up my delivery bag at the Super Duper counter. I asked the employee behind the counter if there are sides of pickles added to my order, and she replied "Yeah!" I inspected my bag, and I saw only one side of pickles even though I ordered four side of pickles. I can literally see a tray of packaged pickles on their counter. I told the employee that I asked for more pickles, and she gave me a couple more. My wife and I love our Super Duper side of pickles with their burgers. We hope to get pickles next time we come back. If you want pickles, then I advise you to pick up your food to make sure you actually get pickles. read more

The burgers were WAY over cooked (dry as shoe leather) also, twice now they have not included the French fries we ordered.
