Definitely a different experience this past time at Super Lube. I guess they are under new management and oh boy, that's not a good thing. So in the past they had a great waiting area with comfy seats, free drinks and good air conditioning. I went in today and they have completely changed it up. They just want you to stay in your car and wait, which means no more waiting area. No more drink. No more super relaxed vibe. I used to be able to pull up, drop them my keys, get some work done on a nice comfy couch with a cold coke in hand, and be in and out in like 20 mins. They even pulled up my license plate and pretty much knew what I needed. Not anymore. I won't ever be back. read more

I have only been here a handful of times, but I expect to go more and will update my review accordingly. I came to get my oil changed because of its convenient location, and I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received. Not only were they prompt and professional with their service, but they did not waste my time in trying to sell me or my wife (when she went by herself) on the unnecessary items that you usually get every time you go get your oil changed. They made recommendations on may need to be replaced soon, but did not pressure or try to use any scare tactics. On top of all of that, they vacuumed our floors, cleaned our windows, and gave us a coupon for a free carwash next door. Needless to say, I am glad I found a good quality, convenient option for my oil change needs.I hope that in the coming months, my experience will stay the same so as to merit a 5th star. read more

They get 2 because they were fast and staff was friendly. But they broke my hood latch and know for a fact they they didn't perform all the services they said on their invoice; i hope they actually changed my oil filter... This is one of those typical oil change spots that are under a lot of pressure to upsell and have you fix things and buy things that are unnecessary. Ill keep looking... read more

I took my SUV in with a $5 val-pak coupon. It still came to $45 for the full service, and they refused to fill the rear wiper reservoir. Said I needed to take it to an auto parts store to have it done. So $45 for "full service" and I drive away with a wiper fluid light still on? No thanks. I don't think I'll be back. read more

I've never been in an oil change location that goes really over the top in customer service, but these guys do it. Right when you walk in they have super comfortable seats and free soda! And the mechanics actually know a lot about cars in general not just oil maintenance, got some great advice for maintaining my car based on my driving style. Real professionals here. My family has been going here for a really long time to get the oil changed on our cars and also for the safety and emissions inspections. They are generally very friendly, easy to work with, and quick at getting you in and out again. The employees are honest and will only charge you for what you need. They will tell exactly what kind of problems they've found so that you know. Great place for oil changes and inspections! read more

I called to ask a few questions about some service that I recently had on one of my cars and the staff was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked if another employee may know the answer to my question, the guy who answered the phone refused to ask around. I am a used car dealer and have taken a number of cars here over the past few years, but Super Lube has just lost all of my business. The staff seems very dishonest and unhelpful. read more

My daughter went into this Super Lube. She asked for a "basic oil change". I had told her to use that language so they would not misunderstand. The person there upsold her and badgered her until she said ok on a supreme package and synthetic oil. He badgered her and tried to make her feel stupid trying to get her to purchase an air filter for $20 more. That when I can buy one for less than $10. She walked out of there being charged about $74 when all she wanted was was a basic oil change. I am sure it is good oil but I would not ever send my daughter, wife or anybody except someone I didn't like. When I talked to the manager, he simply said that he told her what it was and she said yes. No apology for misunderstanding. When I told him I was going to write bad reviews and call the BBB he told me that was fine, "he had my information". read more
