Super Ninja Hibachi Combo (Steak, Shrimp, Chicken)
    Leah J.

I've been wanting to return to Super Ninja for quite some time so we decided to stop in on a Friday evening around 7pm. Unfortunately, we had to wait 30 mins before being seated which I thought was quite a wait considering the restaurant wasn't packed at all. As soon as we were seated, our server took our food and drink order. I decided on the Super Ninja which included steak, shrimp and chicken and also wanted to try the Sake flight which consisted of Dry, Unfiltered Nigori, Fuji Apple, and Peach Sake. The hibachi chef confirmed our orders before getting started. It's always entertaining to watch them light the grill and put on a show! Our food was prepared fairly quickly and everything tasted pretty good. The steak was more Well Done than Medium, which is what I suggested, but everything else was great and the Sake was very good. We sat next to some pretty fun people as well which also made the dinner even better. As we were leaving, they did apologize for the long wait which I thought was very nice. If you're looking for a nice hibachi restaurant, definitely try Super Ninja.

Love this place! They have the best volcano rolls ever. i moved across the country and travel for a living, and have found nothing comparable, and always visit when I come to visit family. Staff is always very friendly, and love the fact that if you want to do all you can eat sushi you can sit right at the bar, and separate hibachi rooms. Affordable all you can eat sushi (at least for me where west coast can be $40-$60 per person)

The staff is friendly and the service is fast. We waited no longer than 10 mins for our food. We did the all you can eat sushi. Everything tasted great! We didn't have to call to get our drinks refilled and the waitress took our empty plates right away.

    Such a fun team dinner!

Such a fun experience for our son's soccer team party! Super Ninja hosted 50 of us at their hibachi tables. Great food, quick and thoughtful service, exciting entertainment. We may need to make this a tradition!

We came back again with a bunch of friends in a weekday and decided to do AYCE sushi. We didn't know they had this option. Apparently it's only available on weekdays. They have an extensive menu to order from so we ordered away and everything was so good. The kids sat at another table next to us and they ordered meals from the menu because they can't eat enough for AYCE. The servers were so nice and attentive. We can't wait to go back again! Also if you want a great martini, order the lychee martini. It's sooo good!!!

I have been searching for good hibachi and FINALLY! Stumbled across this place on Friday afternoon. Restaurant was empty, we were greeted and seated right away. Service was great from the server and cook. Loved the fact that they use garlic in their hibachi( not everyone does ) . Appetizer I had gyoza, had the hibachi steak and chicken and my daughter had the salmon and steak. They also do noodles and rice( SCORE) Everything was delicious. I appreciated the acknowledgment of my daughters shellfish allergy and them adjusting accordingly. I also had a Washington Apple Martini and my friend had a Long Island and they were not stingy on the drinks. Overall restaurant was clean and I can tell they are busy at peak hours. This is our new hibachi spot.

Always always always fun. It's like dinner and a show. I'm like a kid with my eyes wide open when they do their wonderful tricks. I find myself clapping because it's great. My favorite is group participation. The food is always good. Service here is consistently good. We have come to this location ever since they have been open. We usually call ahead for reservations because we usually have a big group. We have also dined on the side without the hibachi. Still good service and good food. You can order off the menu. We have only eaten that way twice. We usually come here for the hibachi

My family and I came here to celebrate my grandfather's 85 birthday. The staff was patient and friendly considering there were a lot of us (25+). They seated us at two stations close to one another, quickly provided us with menus, and took our drink orders. I ordered the Green Ninja Martini. I forgot to take a pic, but the drink was a bit sweet and syrupy. I wish they added more sake. I ended up with only one drink for the night. After the drinks were served, the chef arrived to prepare the food we ordered while giving us a nice show. The food and service were pretty decent. The food is served hot and fresh. Make sure you try their yum yum sauce. I have no idea what it is but it tastes great with everything! I wouldn't mind coming here again whenever I decide to take the trip down south. Overall it was a great experience!

Let's get this Super Ninja show on the road well we checked in and the host directed us to the waiting area. And the clock ticks now I know to be part of a hibachi experience most places will ensure the seating around the table is full soooooo.... I hoping that the food is worth the wait, so I start my beautiful wife ordered filet Mignon, shrimp and chicken, I ordered the chicken and lobster. Well it was worth the wait the vegetables, fried rice even noodles In a teriyaki sauce! Filet Mignon Chicken, Shrimp and lobster were All cooked to perfection there was no shortage of people filtering in and out so obviously the food is the attraction make a stop if your on this side a Virginia Beach you won't be let down the cooks are full of zeal energy and comedy

You have the option of a drink or miso soup. I got shrimp tempura rolls, I don't like avocados, but didn't realize it came inside the roll. I was hungry so I ate it, and it was ok. I wouldn't order it that way purposely though. The miso soup was bland, but a little butter and seasoning at home made it taste good. The side order of fried rice was decent, but some of it was undercooked and crunchy. They don't give a big portion of meat in the teriyaki either. My mom had about 9 or 11 thin pieces of beef which she didn't want to share. Lol. I managed to get a piece and it was decent. It could use more flavor, but it was hot, and the texture was good. The spicy mayo, eel sauce, and tetaki sauce I used made everything taste better!! The prices are pretty reasonable for sushi, appetizers, and teriyaki here, so if I'm balling on a budget this will do the trick. Check them out!!

Whether you're ordering classic rolls or one of the chef's specialties, everything comes out spot on. I love the ambiance. It's dimly lit, cozy, with cat decor. The lunch specials are especially worth it, bento boxes and roll specials, generous portions, high quality, and an incredible value. It's easily one of the best lunch deals around. This location in particular my husband and I decided to dine in after a basketball game that ended a little bit after 9 p.m. so it was almost closing time but we were able to walk in and sit at the bar and had about 45 minutes before they closed during a weeknight. The bartender/waitress greeted us and she didn't make us feel rushed or even mentioned the time. She greeted us as if the doors just opened so that was by far a sign of great customer service!! Stellar in my opinion!! We ordered our food and it arrived within 20 minutes. I ordered the wings and a simple salad. I cannot remember what my husband ordered but we finished it all and it was delicious. Oh I remember he at least had fries and I helped him finish them. Now I will say, they did not have any fresh bread available. We were told that the last loaf was given to a table that sat prior to us but it was cool. We were good without it. We will definitely return. Plenty of parking. This location is located near my favorite store Ross... If we wanted to we could have easily walked over and walked off our food a little bit before we headed home since Ross closes at 11pm or later. Other stores are within walking distance too as well at eateries. A great location! Have fun and enjoy life :)

They offer a chicken sandwich, a burger, and a 7-pepper steak. I decided on the 7 oz salmon that comes over rice with 1 side. The salmon was a little too overcooked for my liking; the rice was terrible, but the crispy brussel sprouts were the highlight of my meal! They are SO good and would recommend them over and over again. Oh and the complimentary bread was good Our server was nice. Although he did not give us his name. We were able to be seated immediately despite there being a nice crowd. When it comes to steak houses, I think I prefer more high-end restaurants. I like my salmon, steaks, and lamb chops cooked a certain way, an I think the higher end places nail that aspect better. I'd recommend these more casual places for a quick meal without too much expectation.
