I really don't know what happened to this place. Servers arguing with the sushi chefs, servers seemed annoyed when we kept ordering food, it wasn't even busy and we waited for quite a while just for some food. If it's a buffet that means all I can eat, please do not look at me with the "Are you done yet?". It got bad to the point that the owner had to hand us our food due to the wait and apologized multiple times. If there is a problem a restaurant owner has to fix it not let it repeat itself over and over. I don't think I will return here again. read more

I tried to call to place an order and was told they don't do orders over the phone and to go to online to place an order. I'm no stranger to online orders but sometimes you want to talk to somebody to ask questions about the menu. However....we called the resturant to ask for a wait time and we were told no wait. 20 mins later when we arrive we were told 30-40 mins. 1 hours and 15 mins later we were seated. 45 minutes later our chef arrived to cook for us. Went here for a celebratory dinner. My husband and I got filet and shrimp. All but one person at our table got filet. My husband and I ordered well done, everyone else medium, When the steaks were put upon the grill all but two looked great. Those two were tiny and very thin plus full of fat - filet full of fat, and I mean chunks of fat, not marbling. Once cooked the chef cut them onto pieces so small you could have fed them to a baby. And I mean tough. Not well done tough (have always ordered them well done and cook them that way at home). We brought our meat home and fed it to the dogs. My daughter makes way better gyoza. Not currently serving all you can eat. Honestly I feel like the food quality is twice as good because of that, so I'm not complaining. I ordered the twin tower roll and volcano roll. Their website has lunch prices on there that are $10 cheaper. Got there and they said no, it's not true. They then tried to say "that's weekdays" (it was Sunday) and I said "show me on this website where it says that" they took my phone and couldn't produce it. They only had two other people in that whole place at noon on a weekend; you'd think they would have just honored their own website menu price and keep some customers... Update your website. I've been here several times. First time after COVID-19. It was okay. My soup was room temperature. Everything was just okay. Nothing flavorful and tasty like before. I had the hibachi lunch special: shrimp and steak. The shrimp was over cooked, but the steak was cooked perfectly (medium) and had great seasoning. The miso soup was ok. My mom (originally from Okinawa, Japan) had an assortment of sushi (7-piece sushi lunch special): yellow tail tuna, salmon, etc. My mom said the rice was seasoned well, but the fish was poorly cut and the rice wasn't rolled uniformly. My wife had the spicy tuna. It was packed with a lot of tuna and just a little bit of rice rolled on the outside. read more

The soup and salad were good, as well as the steak. The fried rice didn't have much flavor, just soy sauce. The chicken, shrimp, and noodles were DOUSED in teriyaki sauce. I've never experienced a hibachi/teppanyaki spot that put that much sauce on the protein, it was overwhelming and all I could taste was the teriyaki sauce. I went here yesterday for dinner with my friend and found out they just started offering an "all you can eat" menu! It's about $10 for lunch and $20 for dinner. Since it was "all you can eat" my friend and I did not have high expectations but the sushi was actually not bad at all! Everything was fresh and delicious! My friend and I each got 4 different special rolls and they were all great. You must try anything with their tempura! It's super crunchy and light. If you don't want to do the all you can eat deal, you can still choose entres from their regular menu. Definitely will be returning here the next time I have a sushi craving. read more

MAKE A RESERVATION ON WEEKENDS!!! I was told 45 minutes ago they were cleaning a Hibachi table and would seat us next. I went to the hostess station and was given a myriad of reasons as to why I'm still waiting and was told it was because of a reservation. It was a huge party and was put in the back party room...I offered to bus the tables for her to speed things up. She laughed and I gave the girl a dead look and said I'm serious! Needless to say...still waiting and I'm going to wait as nothing will be open soon. Don't waste your time unless you come in on a week day at noon or you have a reservation. Reservations come first! I've been a fan of this place since it opened, a few years ago I think. - It's very pretty inside. - I've had hibachi here once, for my birthday. Not the best quality wise. But I don't come here for hibachi. - They have a great lunch menu. It used to be called the "Wok and grill", now it's called the "Lunch Bento Box." For $7.95 you get one main entree (there are 10 to choose from - a couple of examples off the top of my head are Pork or Chicken Katsu, Pad Thai, Gen Tso Chicken, Red Curry Chicken), you also get rice, miso soup, salad, a small eggroll, and 4 pieces of California Roll sushi. Yes! All of that for $7.95!! - They are great for large reservations, most places won't accommodate this size, but last year, I had my birthday dinner here, and there was a party of about 35, almost 40 people, and they let us occupy 4 large Hibachi tables! I'm a fan of this place, especially their Pork Katsu. Don't forget to come for lunch either, one of the best deals around! read more

They also always have outstanding customer service really making the dinning experience pleasant. Their staff always have smiles on their face and really try to accommodate any request.
