Complete scam with the "special" monthly service. Lied about it being one-time and then started a monthly program. Provided zero information about the program and give you no documentation to cancel. When we called, they blamed it on a fired employee but still refused to reimburse for the monthly services they charged for. I have been told to get one month unlimited wash if I pay an additional fee other than my visit. So this very helpful employee named Anton helped me even after the system kept freezing after scanning my plates. Anton and another worker came to help even after several minutes of the system failing, nothing could be done in the moment for me. However, They didn't let me leave without making it right. When I drove up to the kiosk, one of the workers came up to help me. Not the first time that's happened. The person told me there was a coupon available for a free car wash. So I took it. All they asked was for my email. No problem. A month later I'm being charged $20 for a monthly membership. I never agreed to a membership. I really enjoy this car wash. The service is quick and there is sometimes a line but it goes fast. The employees are all friendly and they work at the gates too to help the line go faster. I used to have the fast pass and thought they told me something different than what I originally thought was expected. The car wash itself seems clean, and I haven't got a scratch on my car from coming to this car wash. I love the towels that come damped. You can use as many as you want and switch them out when needed. The vacuums work great! Powerful and get in between the cracks. They have two types of vacuum heads as an option. There is also "air" so you can blow the water out of the crevices. I am not a huge fan of the air freshener they give you, it's like new car but on the extreme end of a mans cologne. Because of previous damage I still use their vacuums for free to clean my car. Simply drive in, park your car, use their shit and be on your way. When we first started at Super Star we really loved it. not sure what has happened to them since. We bought the unlimited cash for both of our cars. The price is still fair but their equipment has gone downhill very fast. Most of their car washes in north country San Diego area suck. When you talk to the employees about it, all they can say is that it is what it is. that is a death sentence for a company. I have been a customer here since they opened their Doors, I have to say this location has dropped in standard customer care and quality, It saddens me to have say due to their lack of customer service and concern for safety of the vehicles that go through their car wash I was forced to cancel my plan or membership, If you look at the pictures posted you will see countless broken mirrors on cars that have gone through their tunnel I have reported this several times as one. of the rollers hits your driver side mirror so hard that it folds it in this is not easy to do, So I asked for the manager on my last visit I was told he is on a conference call so I went ahead and finished my wash I was in the stall closest to his door so I could see If he came out while I dried my car I saw several people come in and out this where customers not employees, I asked one of the employees if there was a corporate number he said on the website there is one he then asked why I told mim, he then told me "in all honesty we are an automatic car wash this is expected" how is it that other locations don't do this? and what this says is no one cares if the vehicles get damaged as long as they get their money, when I called the number on the website it makes you send an email how is it that a franchise this size has no customer care number.I have to give one star so that's what im giving though my advise is don't use this location and I will openly say I would never recommend this company's locations. read more

Great car wash. They had a "sale" on the monthly FastPass option, so I took it. It's nice being able to pull in and skip the line basically to get my car washed whenever I need it. They give you an air freshener and sealed wet wipe to wipe down the interiors. Afterward, you can pull your car into any available bay to wipe down the exterior, vacuum, etc. Since COVID-19, they removed the dry rags and vacuum hoses - presumably to reduce contact surface areas and possibly reduce staffing. That's a shame, but as long as you bring your drying towel, you're good to go. You can buy a big pack of microfiber towels from Costco for around $15. read more

Beware of fraud. As another reviewers experienced, this company will steal your credit card information and illegally sign you up for a membership. This happened to me after I repeatedly declined a membership from a pushy sales person. I even asked him to please respect my answer and stop asking. I believed I was purchasing a package of only three washes but was instead enrolled in a recurring membership costing over $20 a month. I didn't notice the charges immediately. When I discovered them I contacted the company to report the theft and was told they would not refund me because it's "against their return policy". Considering I did not consent to the membership, how does the return policy apply to me? I'm disgusted. If you must use this shoddy business and don't want to be locked into a fraudulent recurring charge, use cash. If this is not enough of a deterrent, I've also experienced damage to my vehicle. Do not take your car to this hack of a car wash. I have an Audi and it cost me $70 to replace this part not to mention the paint it scratched off on my bumper. This car wash tore off my fog light grill and scratched my bumper. It also popped out one of my screws on my license plate and and bent it. I went back the next day to get it back. They told me they throw away everything they collect in their automated car wash on a daily basis because they don't have the space to keep all the car parts that get torn off by their hack brushes that brutalize your car. They literally told me they can't store the parts they find daily because they don't have the space to accommodate all the parts that get torn off!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst experience ever. Car wash ripped my bumper off. I called for a manager. The manager came out and immediately started blaming everything on me. He pointed out every single excuse from "your suspension caused this to happen" to "surface scratches caused your bumper to rip off". Don't believe me? I have a video recording. My suspension was new and there were no scratches on my bumper. Then he proceeded to say "well what do you want me to do? Give you a hug?". I immediately informed him to not touch me. A couple of days ago I was washing my truck At this car wash. When I got to the end where the blowers are there was a BMW in front of me. He had stopped because and car was stopped in front of him. The track sensors did not stop and I ran into the back of the BMW. The track kept running and pushing me into the bmw. He finally moved and we pulled over to the right to access the damage. The on-site manager came running out yelling at us to move our vehicle. He was very nasty and didn't care about why we were parked there. Cars had plenty of space to get by us. He had a REALLY BAD Attitude. When we asked to have someone come to help us with the issue he sent out his worker who said he would not come out . When I went in to ask him to come help us he said to get out of his offices now and said he would not ask again and I wasn't even in the office. He finally came out and said in a very angry nasty tone that the car wash would not pay for the damage. We called the police and they finally got a complaint form to fill out Which he had filled out the bottom of the form in big bold letters that he was not responsible for the damage. He was a young smart ass that has no business being a manager. As we left he was yelling at the other worker. read more
