This location pulled a bait & switch on us. Took our vehicle in, cashier says we are having a special, if you pay $7.00 more you can bring your car in within 30 days and get another wash. When we took our vehicle in for the 2nd wash there was no money exchanged. A few days later I see a 35.95 charge on my bank account. They set us up for a membership without even asking if we wanted it. Lost us as customers, I refuse to deal with companies like this. read more

Buyer beware. A family member ( minor) went in for a single basic carwash ( Peoria / Lake pleasant location). We noticed " unlimited" monthly charges on the credit card. Son and I spoke with in person and on the phone. Go on line and cancel, we can't do it here. * tried multiple times, unsuccessfully. short version. * Apparently no phone number to contact anyone. Came here to wash my car, the first guy to attend me was very nice and helped me choose the type of car wash for my vehicle. But the other person that usually guides people into the car wash was not there, and when they did show up the had an attitude and did not provide me with the dash towel or car scent. read more

This company does not do well in regards, to when you cancel your membership. I.E. Canceled on June 17. Charged me $19.00 to provide a certified Letter sent to The Super Star Carwash @ 32374 Clinton Kieth Rd. Wildomar Ca. Currently I am now being charged An automatic recharge for $37.95. Super Star does not provide a contact number to talk to someone about the problem. It appears to be only done by emails. Good luck to anyone else in trying to cancel your membership. read more

I don't even do reviews but they are so bad that I have to - they should close their doors forever - I had a car on autopay - they had no problem taking my money but they couldn't wash the car because they couldn't find it in their system which they entered the data for - come to find out they never entered my name for the car and wrote the plate number wrong - I spoke with a lady named Deanna Dominguez through email and all she offered to do was fix it- not give me my money back or comp me for 2 months of service I haven't received and now she won't even answer my emails - they don't take phone calls- they are a horrible car wash service read more

This is a complaint to the carwash on 67th Avenue and Olive. My wife and I visit this carwash regularly and have never had any issues. We approached the card machines and this employee (Isaac) was tending the area. He proceeded to ask us if we wanted the membership and kindly declined. Then he proceeded to as "Why Sir!" to every answer i gave him. He was truly being annoying and rude. We could tell that by this guys customer service skills that, this was his 1st job ever. The he made me leave the carwash. I have since gone to another carwash and have told all my friends and neighbors about this experience with this immature child and luckily we all live in the area. I would have a talking to Isaac and explain the the customer is ALWAYS right and also inform them that others will not be as nice a I was. read more

The service here is awesome, Andrew was very friendly and assisted us. The manager her Jimmy is the best. He looks at all the cars makes sure they are done correctly. He makes sure every customer is happy. He went out of his way to make sure that my car was cleaned inside and out. He is very awesome. read more

Website says it closed af 8, i pulled up at 7:00pm and i have the membership but it never seems to work properly. I waited for someone to come help but nobody came so I was forced to pay for a car wash and then nobody was there to help me even get the car wash so i had to leave. Both apple maps and the actual website say the hours are open til 8. Even if it's closed, you SHOULD NOT be able to pay, it should say that it is closed. Worst car wash service you could possibly pay for, id recommend shopping around. I will be canceling mine because this is definitely not the first time i've had issues like this with this company. read more

Mcdowell and Dysart Rd location vacuums do not work very well. Car wash was good, plenty of towels. Vacuum need attention.

Where should I start. We went to the car wash on 83rd and McDowell we have the unlimited package for super protection. Went thru and nothing happened. Went around and the tech told us it was a glitch. Went thru and only half the wash worked. Decided to try the wash at Dysart and McDowell. The tech said we had already used our two washes for today. Told him what happed at the other wash and he said he would give us a wash. We thought it would be a super protection as we have but no it was a basic wash. We told the tech guiding us in it wasn't our level of wash. He told us to go around again. Now the same tech at check in we told him the other tech told us to come around and he got gruff with us and said he gave us one of his washes and said if I hadn't got gruff with him I would have understood you only get two a day. We said fine and left with a half washed vehicle. I'll never go back to either one of those places. read more

The attendant did not give me the option to go back through the wash when i asked him about the tires. I understand it was busy but that is no excuse to treat a customer the way i was treated. I fully understand that the wash will not be perfect. My expectations were to get a wash and a light dry. But i do expect professionalism and customer support. Not threats and lies. read more

This company is awful. I've been a loyal customer as an Uber driver since May. I got the best unlimited package for $39.95. They actually take $59.95 every month. Today I noticed that they charged two of my accounts the 59.95 for the month. I've never had two cars getting washed at a time. I rented a Tesla in June and July and they allegedly transferred the account to the Tesla since that's the only car I was washing at that time. These charges started in May. They never transferred the account properly. They simply just added another charge and started charging for two cars I called customer service and the customer service of this company is terrible. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes before finally talking to someone. Then she put me on hold again and hung up on me. I called back and was on hold another 15 minutes. This lady did nothing but basically say I was lying. This is the worst company I've dealt with and I've dealt with some pretty terrible companies. They owe me $460 and offered to refund $120. I will be taking them to small claims court asap, unless this is resolved immediately. read more

We went to the car wash today and got the Ultimate wash on both cars. We paid about $70 for both cars. When we got home, my tires weren't done, they looked how they did when I got there. They did a poor job on the exterior on both cars, didn't wipe down my grey plastic on my car and it was still dirty. The doors looked haphazardly wiped down. I know it's a tough job, but if you're not going to provide the best service to everyone, there is a problem. read more

This place rips you off on their website. I chose a one-time wash, but at the end of the transaction they had charged for for a $49 membership. This was over a month ago, and despite repeated attempts to be refunded, along with their promise to do so, l have not received one cent. Their phone system does not allow direct access to live employees, so the only option is their "contact us" platform, which it seems that they conveniently ignore. Shameful. read more
