Do not bring your vehicles here! Received a car wash today and paid $27. The inside of my vehicle looks the same and the employee pretended to vaccum my car (I observed by sitting outside and watched closely) ALSO!!!!!! Beware of the care of your car!!!! 2 years ago when going through the wash an employee (I don't know the reasoning the customer had an employee in the vehicle or where the owner was) was going through the car wash and the employee jumped out and left the vehicle as the vehicle went through the wash and at the end of the wash there was no one in the vehicle so the vehicle continued to roll and then rolled hit the cement curve and then bounced back and hit my car. I could not make a police report because the car wash is private property but the wash did give me a difficult time paying for the damages. read more

Very disappointed with my car wash experience today, 01/21/2025 at Camelback and 99th Ave location. Staff helped me to run my credit card for car wash but did not inform me that all the vacuums were not working and had been down all afternoon. I talked to on-site manager and was told that vacuum and towels are free and complimentary so I had no cause to complain. I suggested they put a sign informing customers that vacuums are not available before you pay so one can choose another fully operating car wash. I got a shoulder shrug. Will not be back. read more

I can give zero stars I would so let me tell you what happened so I went there and got a car. Try to get a car wash later tonight I paid for the car wash the gate open I pulled through and the roll of door was shut so the car wash was actually closed, there was no cone in front of the drive so I thought the car wash was open so I went inside on 12 September and told him that the car wash was closed and I just paid $11 and I have my $11 back they told me the receipt there Said I don't have the receipt but it's probably sitting inside the machine so I went back to the machine to grab the receipt the machine did not put out the receipts so therefore I didn't have a receipt so I went inside and told Miller they told me they can't give me my money back without having everything And I said can you look at the cameras? They said they don't have the ability to look at the cameras will be back tomorrow between eight and four. So I returned September 13 at 330 and spoke with which I thought was a manager took my card information down and went back to look for something. I don't know what she was looking for. I thought she look at the cameras. She said she couldn't find the transaction with that card number on it so she couldn't give me my money back without it And I need to come back another day to speak with the manager that can give me my money back because she was the assistant manager so now we're talking about $11 so I'm supposed to come back there three times for $11 $11 means so much to your company They can't give me back the $11. I even pulled out my Chase statement and showed her the transaction for $11 from my account to the superstar car wash on 99th Ave. from last night and she still would not give my $11 back her name was Kat. She told me she was the assistant manager and she did not get back to $11 I had to, I told her I would not return if not about the $11 at this point it's really principal why would I try to get $11? Why I just color it was the highest was at 30 something dollars like the $11 wash that makes no sense. I know I understand. ****DO NOT COME HERE**** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A CAR WASH OR DETAIL !!!!!!! I am so dissatisfied with the service I received here. I went to get my car detailed and waited more than 5 hours for them to complete. Now they were detailing my car and my car needed it so I did not mind waiting. Not ONCE did I get up and complain or ask what's taking so long. I allowed them to finish and detail. Now, after waiting for more than 5 HOURS and paying over $100 I expected my car to look perfect. So new and so clean that I wouldn't recognize it. Unfortunately, that is not what I got. After leaving this place, I saw that I had gunk where my gear handle is at. I know for a fact that was not there before. I tried for hours to wipe it clean and it wouldn't come off. I went home and showed my dad and he pulled out all his special tools to try and take it off, NOTHING. Side story, I got this car from a dealership that my dad and his best friend own. My dad who has dealt with cars for years and years and years gave me a car that was in such good condition. I have a two year old daughter and when I spend any money on anything but her I feel guilty. I wanted her to have a nice and clean car so I budged and spend over $100 to get it detailed. And instead I get this funk that is spread over where my gear handle is. When I called the store to complain, I get the WORST customer service managers I've ever heard of. I called to advise of this and spoke with the worst guy named Patrick Roberson. He sat there in his cube office and basically brushed me off. I was getting more and more upset because he was clearly late for lunch and didn't car that his people destroyed my car. I told him I want my money back or I will bring my car back and they will fix his. His response was EPIC. There is nothing I can do. Anyone who comes here pays for service and expects that their hard earned money is paid off. Do not come here. That "I can't do anything" came from a manager, THE FREAKING MANAGER! This is not what you want. I making a report to corporate and the BBB. Patrick disrespected me, my dad when he came on the line to be of help and my money. That's it. That's all it took for me to come on here and write this review. Please do not come here and be mistreated like me. I will make sure Patrick gets some type of disciplinary action. If it were up to me, he'd be out of a job. Waiting to hear back from corporate and now I am making the BBB report. Patrick, I hope taking your anger out on me was worth your job. This company sucks you in with a free car wash. Then a low monthly price then they DOUBLE it without telling you. Once you've given them your credit card info for auto deduct you can't get out. Canceled online. Kept charging us. Canceled our credit card. The bank issued us a new card. Magically, charges started appearing on our new card. Talked with employees on site. One finally gave us a managers phone #. Left several messages with zero returned calls. Cancel online? A JOKE! It either doesn't work or goes ignored. So much time into several attempts and no confirmation of your submission like reputable businesses have. 6 months of fraudulent charges. These folks make you feel like you're getting a deal! $80.00 to has them clean wheels and tires .. this is what you get. Apparently I was also given a discount on the best wash, oh no not included, the wash wash extra. The car had several grease marks on the drivers door, in plain site. Nothing special was needed to remove but a dry chamois, and zero elbow grease. The rims you're seeing cleaned up with the same cloth and minimal amount of cold water. Again, no elbow grease needed. Save your money, an $8.00 car wash with a fill up of gas at Chevron, would have returned better results. read more

More worried about upselling than giving me the service I actually paid for! Loaded the cars so close together that we almost had a 3 car accident in the wash. Paid for an Ultra wash that includes an interior vacuum etc. had to re vacuum it myself. There were still water spots all over it. Same with the second car I had there at the same time. My cup holders weren't wiped down neither was my back mirror. Before getting my car back I was convinced that I'd be back to use the coupon I received but I won't . I have a membership with superstar car wash and have been a member sense 2020 and was treated horribly at the 99th location in Avondale. I arrived say about 11:55am on 9-4-24, ALEX the employee who was on shift at the time miss guided my car in to the car wash causing the rubber guid rail to scrape against my rim and tire value causing my tire to blow out immediately. ALEX then shuts off the machine to inspect my tire. as I look at him to observe what he's doing I read his lips say "OH F**K" instead of telling me so I can adjust or back out he turns the machine back on and it happens to the rear tire this time I hear it and I'm blowing the horn for him to stop the car wash he just proceeds to let the guard rail damage my tires.... And then to make it even better I asked to speak with the manager/supervisor on shift that day who was GABE...the employees who dry your car no longer wanted to dry my car I'm guessing Because I had asked to speak with the GABE, when the manager arrived out side I asked him as well saying " i understand mistakes happen but at least could you guys dry it off so the hard water doesn't stick" the manger denied I asked politely and again and said if I could have a rag and do it and that just because I got two flat tires doesn't mean I don't want my car to look good he redirected me to that's not the problem that's small we can do that anytime... I come before you as a tax paying small bussiness owner my self and I know how much pressure it is to maintain an establishment of this stature, so I'm always willing to cut a break but today was unbearable and some accountability must be had. Great wash and really like the setup to dry off the car with towels, air hose and vacuum. I should take off two stars, but the "plate reader" almost never works. I have a monthly pass and the plate gets read less than 5% of the time. The manager gave me a sticker to address the issue, but that doesn't work either. I have tried all three lanes, but that doesn't solve the issue. So I have to honk my horn and wait for an attendant to manually flip the gate or enter my plate#. The issue seems around vanity plates (ASU, Coyotes,etc). Also the towels at times are soaking wet, so not much help in drying the car. Overall a pretty solid option from other competitors in the area. read more

My guy and I used to get our car taken care of regularly when we lived in Phoenix because I couldn't stand a dirty car. One of the first thing we did when we were visiting Phoenix was stop here and get the works done to our vehicle. My baby deserved it. The employees did a great job. My car was vacuumed well , armor all on every surface even the tires, windows all cleaned and my car smelled wonderful. There's nothing better than a clean smelling car. Got in and out just fine, and didn't have issues like others reported. As to the person who claimed "lies," what they told me was that the first monthly on the monthly pass was discounted. I thought that was pretty clear, maybe people mishear that it's a monthly pass. It says so right on the huge sign, and on the paperwork they have you sign. However the tunnel just doesn't work well on my Jeep. Maybe it's just too tall and the tires are too big, but I did ask the employee and he said he thought it would be fine. The tires were only half covered with the tire protectant, and there were small parts of the vehicle still dirty afterward. Probably works just fine with a normal car or small truck. There is shaded space to dry/vacuum your car after going through the tunnel. The vacs were very powerful and effective. read more

I paid for the Super Wash, and when my car was done the inside was not wiped down, the mirrors don't look like they were wiped down. With the door being open I could see the trim was still dirty. The inside was not vacuumed well at all. I asked the guy about it who said my car was done, all he said was "oh those things get done with a detail" .. so with the $26 dollar super wash what do I get? I might as well have paid for the express wash which is cheaper since it doesn't look like the inside was cleaned at all. I won't be back. read more
