I continue to like this place a bunch, and as I noted in my original review, I think a spicy chicken sandwich here is excellent. I'm a fan. But a word about Super Subs hours of operation -- They say they close at 8 PM during the week. Which to me means, I should be able to walk in at 7:59, order, and eat at the restaurant. But not so here. Close at 8 really means you cannot walk into the restaurant after 7:55 PM (when they put the shutters up). And it means that you can't place a phone order after 7:45 for pickup. And it means that you can't eat in after 7:45. So: just say you close at 7:45. C'mon guys. read more

Great sub shop! I was introduced to this place by a friend at work-he's been living in Miami all his life, and said it was the best, that he'd been coming here for years. I first tried the Chicken Supreme, and have branched out to a few of the others-they're all great. The staff is nice, and they make the subs right there in front of you. All fresh ingredients. I love the bacon cheese burger sub from here. Freshly made and a large sub. The place is a bit small to be able to sit down and eat if you're in a group but the subs are so good it's definitely worth it. I'm working close by currently and I've been here 4 times in the past 2 weeks. I would recommend this place to everyone. They have all types of subs and also salads. Found this place on yelp looking for a philly cheese steak close to my job and after spending an hour looking I figured since this place was 6 minutes away it wouldn't hurt to go try and see. The lady taking the orders was so sweet and very polite. She does talk fast but coming from Colorado I'm use to it. The food was amazing, if I could give a 10 star rating I would. The food isn't greasy , the amount of food you get for the price is well worth it. Normally for 2 we spend $30.00 to $40.00 but here for two 12 inch subs, fry and drink we spent $25.00. This place doesn't look like a great place to work. I have seen how the owners mistreat their employees, bad mouthing them, giving condescending looks of disgust as if they are superior! I once saw them throw away a whole sub because the order was wrong and threw the sub away in the thrash! how do you not provide for your employees!? no consideration. They definitely need someone from the labor department to give them a visit. The subs aren't all that great anyway. The bread tastes cheap and dry. The food although good portions is ok at best and on a good day when the owners decide to or when they are in a "good mood". It was our first time visiting the sub place today, and here is what we find: Vegetables are fresh, I ordered the roast beef, and it was done medium rare, just the way it supposed to be. Been here before when I visited Miami have had subs at many places such as Quiznos,Miami Subs,Subway and Publix. Even though this establishment is not available in Miami I had heard good things about it and wanted to check it out,there subs are good but not the best why ? There bread Is not that great or there meats like at Publix were the meats are cut fresh daily and you can even have specialty subs made for you. Good place to eat at in Miami if you want to stay away from big sub establishments like Subway etc. but I will stick with Publix, much quicker and less wait plus I also did not like that there was not much seating available. In my opinion this is the best steak shop in Miami. Spoke to the owner one time and he makes sure to get the best cut of steak. He mentioned to me that there is a difference between getting male cattle vs. Cow (Don't remember exactly.) The quality of the ingredients is noticeable.
