To explain, the tortilla was fresh and cooked perfectly. However, the quesadilla was very thin and didn't have much in it. The only thing inside the quesadilla was chicken and cheese which led to it being a bit dry. The quesadilla definitely needed some type of sauce. At least the chicken itself was flavorful and tender. That being said, it was simply an average quesadilla. To be brief, Tacos Diablo has acceptable quesadillas, but they are nothing special.
