Ordered from door dash, Superbuger messed up And never put my order in, the door dash person had to reorder it and wait for them to make it. We had to wait almost 2hours for our food. Simply the BEST bacon double cheeseburger, amazingly crispy, non-greasy, fries, crunchy onion rings without a hint of oiliness, refreshing pineapple coleslaw, tasty strawberry lemonade. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the food! Very welcoming, genuinely friendly service, clean, inviting "retro diner" decor, nice patio for al fresco noshing on warm days - LOVE this place! Just walked into Super Burger, waited at the hostess station for 15 minutes, while a family standing at the hostess station perused through each item on the menu, deciding what they wanted to order "to go", they even called and were speaking on their cell phone with the people they were apparently ordering for, describing things on the menu to them, and we were never even acknowledged while standing there. Beyond disappointed! Sunday night, hours posted open until 8:30. We got there at 8:16 and the chairs are on the table the crew was cleaning. We asked if we could get burgers to go with an answer of no they were closing. Huh!?! Why be open and not close at 8 if everything was packed up. Their Huge burgers are the bomb! Much bigger and better location than old Penngrove spot. Check the chalkboard for interesting off menu choices like local lamb, bison or grass fed beef. The town & country option is a smaller burger which is really the size of everyone else's regular patty. read more

Was it as good as we remembered? Without a doubt! Try the Louisiana Pride burger! You will be wishing it will never end....the spicy cilantro salsa is a flavor party. You just have to try this! I went here on a weekend night with my family. The place has a great feel to it and the staff was real friendly. We got a table pretty quickly. Our waitress was great. i can't remember her name but she was short and smiled a lot. She refilled our drinks quickly and our order came quick. A tad pricy BUT the foods bomb. The burgers are big and you can order a smaller portioned one which I find cool. Highly recommend trying their garlic fries/onion rings as well. We have been going to Superburger since 2011 in the old location. I really like that they will cook your burger exactly how you order it. Unlike most restaurants these days if you order med-rare you will actually get it that way not charred to a crisp. I highly recommend the St. Helena burger or the pesto burger. The tots are amazing and they have a half and half if you want both tots and fries. They also have milkshakes in an old school tin cup. We try and eat here every other week if we can. Ok so we had been watching food network and all they were showing was burgers so we had to go find good burgers...and holy cow we did. Go hungry. The menu was great good variety for everyone. I had the st Helena and it's big but so tasty, if you like barbque sauce this is the one bring a bib we tried the onion rings so crispy and yummy. Very nice on tap local beers waitress we had made great suggestions and the microbrewery snobs we are we gave her a few ideas too. Tara was our waitress she rocked and it was busy busy she never looked overwhelmed took care of each table as if they were the only ones but not neglecting the others. 35 bucks for a town and country burger, and a larger bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and the grass fed beef. Unfortunately although it was requested that the burgers the medium everything was extremely dry even my wife's burger. Dry like to the point where you take a bite and almost choke on it, it was so dry. Totally unfortunate and a complete sacrilege to grass fed beef. We thought wed give it a try considering hotspot was closed, they have very good burgers at reasonable prices that are delicious and not dry at all. To bad super burger, unfortunately you've run out of chances with us, the service is great and the ingredients seem to be ok, I think it's poor technique and possibly they're advance prepping or freezing stuff. The 2 stars are for the Onion rings only. The Reuben burger that ended up being a "mushroom burger" was so disgusting-I could not eat my :well done" burger that was so pink, and that wasn't the problem. The burnt taste of the patty had such a horrible flavor like the grill wasn't cleaned the night before. It was a phone order, and the person taking the order that responded "of course" after everything that was said, wasn't paying attention to the order. Today, I was seated immediately and had a very short wait for the menu and a drink. My Angry Orchard was on tap and much better than from a bottle. The guy next to me was eating a big burger but It looked too big for me so I ordered a Beaver Dam because it had crispy tater tots and I haven't had a tater tot for a very long time. It ended up being a pile of tater tots with chili, onions and hot dogs in an enormous pile. All delicious and you have to start it by putting half in a box so it doesn't have taters rolling all over the table. This place is way over-priced for the type of food they offer. Food tasted great.. But they don't offer combo meals. By the time you feed a family of four.. 4 burgers, a couple order of fries and milkshakes, sodas.. Well over $50. The service is ok, but having to tip 20% on top of a $50 check seems outrageous. The longer I stayed, the worse it got. I couldnt even believe that chodas were actually sitting in line waiting for a table in this divey dump. This toad$tool is as bad, if not worse than any or all the rest of the lowdown joints in this town. Now theres nothing at all in cotati to come back to. When they asked how bad the food was, & I told them, & also that I do yelp reviews, they could care less, & didnt even take any thing off the tab, nor did they even offer any thing else instead, like a free drink or dessert. I couldnt believe my Hairy Eyeballs when the bill came & it was almost $35! What for? The 2 brews were $6.50 each, N0 bargain! The $uper $hitBugger was $11, the barfy $altydog fries were $5, & the icy tea was $3. For what it was, $hit from Hell, the bill shouldve been half what it was! Seemed like a great new place to try out since I recently moved into town for school. Really good food. The fries are great and the grass fed burgers seemed great. I order mine medium. It seemed good. A little different tasting so I cut it in half and realized the entire center was near raw and had to ruin the burger in the microwave just so I could eat it. read more

Decided to go out for Burgers on a whim, chose SUPERBURGER in Cotati and off we went. 1st. time customers! GREAT Food, Choices, Atmosphere, Service with a BIG smile and..... a roll of paper towels at each table.....absolutely brilliant!!! I hate when I go to a restaurant and have to beg for napkins when they KNOW they serve sloppy food. Also they have a fantastic Microbrew selection that is rivaled only by their incredible Milkshake menu. Super tough decision one has to make. Definitely will be back. Can't wait. read more

We never tried the Penngrove location of Superburger, so we made a beeline to them when they moved into Cotati. Glad we did! It was very busy the first time (Friday night, duh!). The wait was crazy, but the service and food made up for it in spades. Love the local meat selections. The sweet potato fries are crisp and tasty! The lamb is wonderful, as WAS the venison, which they are currently out of. We love the beer selection and the garlicky fries selections. We have been back 3 more times and enjoyed it every time, despite an occasional service mishap, none of which are big enough to mention. They keep improving things as we go back time & again. We had our small company dinner here. Six adults and two toddlers. Still a good experience. We understand when a good restaurant is busy you are going to have to wait. We will keep returning, enjoying the great food and service. If you didn't like it enough to leave a bad review, then go somewhere else. More room, good food & good service for us, lol. read more
