She said can't you see we are understaffed and we need to take lunches. She was so rude and yelled at me in front of customers. So unprofessional. I took a chance on coming to a new place as I've been going to my original hair stylist for years (at a different business) but they didn't do a good job the last time I went so I decided to try Super Cuts to get it fixed as I felt I had nothing to lose now lol (it also helped that I had two friends receive great hair cuts from another Super Cuts so it convinced me). I'm glad I listened to the previous good review on Bryanna as that is who I booked my appt with and she did not disappoint and it actually came out even better than my last haircut with my past stylist! She paid attention to detail and granted me everything I wanted and I'm always scared to go to a new stylist/place because it's known that a lot of places end up chopping off more than you want to. She gave me soft, effortless layers that fit me as I have naturally curly hair and my hair was still long in the end woohoo! She was also very pleasant to talk to! Here is a picture of the aftermath. I was able to make my interview on time. The salon was clean and organized. The haircut was $30. If you are in a rush and need to get in and out, i would recommend this place. APRIL IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, long story short, I had an absolute hair meltdown. I came in absolutely hopeless, cranky, and tired. When I came in for the first time ever (any Supercuts) April made me feel welcomed, told me I was in good hands, and holy cow, She proved 5hrs later that i really was! She never tried to get rid of me, she was never mean, and honestly had the most patience I have ever come across. I Had 2 deep condition treatments and a haircut (72.00) then I had a coupon, for 2.00 off. Yes, It was a hefty price, but my poor hair was in desperate need of whatever someone could do for it. (I will spare you all the details, just trust me when I say most places would've wanted to bald me lol) In all honesty, April went above and beyond in her job yesterday, and it is truly amazing to see that there are still workers who would do this for their customers! This place is very unorganized when it comes to your reservations. This is the second time we come in a row where they ignored us when it was our turn next. What's the point in having us check in if they aren't even to call us when it is our turn next. Instead they crossed us off and went on to see the next people. So we just ended up leaving doesn't seem like they care about having business anyways. Last time we came with a phone reservation and they saw the people who came in after as well even though we made earlier reservation and they just did walk ins. I come here on a regular basis and it's a hit or miss, depends on the staff that is working that day. Haircut today was ok but the service was bad at least the person that was cutting my hair. She seemed annoyed and unhappy to be working today. She may have been having a bad day, we all have these days I get it but if your dealing with the general public don't show your bad day attitude on your face or your attitude. She was cold and seemed very annoyed to me. Before I sat down I started off by saying hello and asked her how she was doing got a somewhat answer but that was it she never started any small talk that I'm use to from other stylists that cut my hair there. I get it, it's not like I was on a date with her but heck your touching my hair say something be nice. I get that it's Sunday and no one wants to work on a weekend but we all have to sacrifice to make ends meet. I truly thought about not giving her a tip but in good conscience I left her one anyway. I came in for services on May 17, 2023, at about 6 pm. The staff here are not very welcoming. When I entered, I was not greeted, I waited about two minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were four staff members total, one was cutting a man's hair, and the other three were talking. Out of the three, one was cleaning up ready to leave. The other two girls were talking about when to throw out the trash and how things are done there. There were no other customers in waiting area or other chairs. When I was finally acknowledged by the woman, I'm assuming was the staff in charge, because she was the one telling the other girl what to do. She asked me to sit down and what I would like done? I put my hair down, she made me feel really bad about myself. She looked through my hair saying, Oh my god your hair is really damaged." I have a lot of split ends, heat damage and dryness, I knew that because I told her, and it's only evident. I told her I wanted to keep the length , I only wanted a micro trim, at about only half an inch, and my bangs cut. She insisted I cut more, only because of how damaged it was. I told her, "No, thank you." She started cutting my hair and was done in under 5 min. I was confused because she had even touched my layers. I asked her to do the layers, and she did them. She did it with an attitude and was finished right away. I felt like I was swindled. I paid 28 dollars for a woman to make me feel invisible and bad about myself. To top it off, my bangs were cut crooked. By far, this was the worst haircut experience I've ever encountered. read more

Just went to this place yesterday and it was great that there was two person working and I didn't have to wait. I'm so terrible, I didn't remember the name of my hairdresser. But she did a good job at it cutting my hair. I will likely come here again. The place is clean and comfortable. There's really not much to add. I may update the review later when I find out something else. But I thought I'd get this place busy again. I didn't have to wait on a tuesday 5pm evening, but I did see people did say that they had to wait. Not sure if it was just that day. I have a rainbow gold, blond, reddish, dark brown, light brown & a darker tone of red! I was shocked! When I told her that it wasn't any where near of what I asked for she looked at me & said " well you look better then what you came in with " " i can't do anything i have to go pick up my son" " I don't know what you expect " " I showed you you should have known" " it's just hair it grows back" okay let me shave YOUR hair off Jackie I mean it grows back right ??!...... If I would have known I would have done it my self not seek so called "PROFESSIONAL " help .. I had solid color tone & very long hair. If I could give her a negative I would! My suggestion for Supercuts is send her back to school!!!! Don't promise something you can not achieve & don't charge someone after messing up their hair .. ( I did get my money back after filing a complain to guest services)... still very un pleased with the whole situation & how she handled it. Very unprofessional very disgusting... super cuts just let her go seriously.... UPDATE: Shirley commented on my reviewing stating I was offered both my money back & for them to fix my hair. When I first talked to them it was one or the other they did not offer both of them like she says in the comment. I email her & got rude reply. This was my 3rd time here. Everytime I've some here they have a reason why they can't do my hair. I made a appointment to have my hair dyed. When I got there. They told me they couldn't do the color I wanted because my hair wasn't light enough but they could do a toner. Ok. Fine, no problem. Ill do that then. Then, They came back to me and said they couldn't do that because It might turn my hair green and I would have to come back another time to do it. I made a appointment for a hair dye that usually takes about 60 to 90 mins. To add a toner to my hair doesn't take nearly that long to have to come back another day. I've had toner done to my hair plenty of times. Its never turned my hair green. Then to top it off the the tall girl with short red hair had a attitude like I was bothering her. I literally get there at 12:25 sign in and I'm not seen till 1:30. I go to my car and come back in and an employee that wasn't there before tells me " you need to sign it " with attitude.
