I have been coming here for a couple years now. I only stop in on the weekend, I try and arrive when they first open to avoid a long wait time. If not, and I arrive later on a Saturday or Sunday, there could be no one sitting in there waiting, and you will still wait 30 min. to an hour. This is due to their call ahead policy. They do not make appts, but you can call, find out approx. wait time and show up in 30 min and get right in. The problem is, the staff doesn't necessarily inform you of this wait unless you ask. My favorite haircutter Nora's last day is August 5th, so I will be experimenting with others there after. read more

My stylist is Jovania, she has been cutting my hair for about a year now. She knows how I want my haircuts eachtime. I enjoy the TLC this supercuts provides their customers. I live off of Lakewood and Gallatin, there is a supercuts there, buts not the same friendly atmosphere. The only thing on this visit, was it was a long wait, but on a Friday afterwork, but it was ok. Seriously!!! Came here at 9:30 am & the hairstylist said upfront said that I need to wait for 45 mins coz there's 1 more customer in line. At first I said ok, then she asked what I came for. I said haircut & re-touch my hair color. She said it takes more than 3 hours since Joana is coming in later that day. She asked me to come back at 3 pm! I'm not sure about going back since I have a babysitter. To cut the story short I checked in 3:15 pm but I was 6 minutes late! They made me feel like I'm late so they'll attend to few customers! I even have to ask how long it would take for them to serve me. They have some discussions on whoever's gonna do my hair! They put me on a newly hired hairstylist! You can even hear them discussing about what they're gonna do with my hair! They're all rude! They're only nice to customers they know!! read more

I was looking for a place to get my hair cut on Sunday 07/31/2016. I walked in and with in 3 minute I was called by Joanna. She was very nice and professional. She asked me " how do you want your hair cut". I explained how I wanted my hair to look and cut. I was in and out with in 30 minutes. She did a perfect hair cut. I will definitely be back to get another hair cut and I will be telling all my friends about this certain location. :).. I came here Friday Evening to get a hair cut. I Got someone named Alondra she was covering for someone. I showed her the hair style that I wanted 3 times and yet she just cut my hair in layers and made it choppy and ugly and uneven all over the place including my bangs! I got home and I styled it because they don't style it there. I'm guessing its extra. My mom could tell it was so badly cut. So I was just deciding if I should even call to get my hair fixed there again or get my money back. But I was nice enough to call on Monday to see if they can fix it and they were kind to do so, So I waited patiently and yet they took a girl that was after me who didn't have an appointment because the lady didn't want to deal with fixing my hair. She kept saying "No I can't do that" so I waited about 40 minutes. For a lady named Blanca who took me in, I was really happy with the results that she was able to fix it but she kept saying that "it's a choppy hair cut" I went on with saying "yes it is but it's not the hair cut I wanted it it has no volume no texture it's just so uneven as long as you can save my hair and give me the hair cut were I'll have no complaints." But during the time she was cutting my hair she kept like pulling my hair and saying "it's supposed to be choppy" so I just didn't say anything after that. I was too nice to even leave her a tip just so they don't mess up another persons hair. Thank you for Messing my hair super cuts and complaining about fixing it! Never coming here again. read more

I highly warn people not to get their haircut with Lourdes or also known as Lulu. First visit she cut half of my eyebrow off. I asked for a refund but since it wasn't hair "on my head" so I only got store credit. I went back a few months after and was in a hurry so Lulu was my last resort because Kasey or Celia were not there. I figured maybe it would go okay this time since last time was hopefully an accident. However, my hair was uneven and had an awkward shape. I was really upset so I didn't even bother saying anything. Just NEVER getting my haircut with her again. My only reason going back will be when Kasey or Celia are there. They KNOW how to cut hair professionally. Ask for them! Trust me. read more

Blanca does an amazing job. She listens to all the small details and makes sure she knows what you want and how you want it, no matter how picky or specific you are. She really takes her time when you have her dye your hair and doesn't rush through it. She did a blonde bayalage for my hair and it came out perfect. It blended in beautifully with my hair all the way up to the roots. It did require a toner but as the month has passed, the toner definitely was needed to make for a smooth transition. She's great and easy to talk to, I recommend her to everyone! read more

I went in not sure how I would feel coming out. I have had a couple of good and bad experiences at different Supercut locations... The place that I usually go to was completely booked up for the day when I called last minute. I wanted my dry ends cut the same day and was not having any luck finding a place who could take me. I looked for a place that would be reasonable in price since I didn't exactly have the money to go to a high end place. When I searched for Salons, Supercuts happened to pop up. I thought hmm maybe I should give them a try. So, I looked up a Supercuts with the best reviews and this was one of them. I thought I would try it out. Well I called the girl said they could take me in 30 minutes. I got there in 30 minutes and they never wrote my name down so I thought I would have to wait a while, but, I only had to wait about 3 minutes and the stylist called me immediately. I asked her for a dry cut, which was just a trim on dry hair. She ended up doing a great job and listened to everything I said. She cut it very even and subtle. She didn't take too much off and she took her time and payed close attention to every detail. I didn't get her name because it was so fast, done in about 10-15 minutes. She had short hair though and I think it had some color maybe purple or deep plum, she also wore glasses and was a little tall well compared to my height of 5'2...Overall I have no complaints about this place even the girl at the front desk was very helpful, polite and friendly. I am very happy with how the stylist cut it and I may even go back in about 2-3 months when I see my hair getting dry again and in need of a trim. I have never ever written a review but this deserves to be written. MARTHA OLGA THE ABSOLUTE WORST hairstylist I have ever met or dealt with. The staff and the place is great and I'm sure the people are great except for her. DO NOT ASK FOR HER! She did not even consider the hair cut I asked her. She didn't ask me if it was fine or if i liked it and she took longer getting my upper lip wax than actually cutting my hair. That says enough. If that wasn't enough she left my hair dripping wet and someone else had to help me getting a towel. She didn't greet me, she didn't ask me what I wanted and when I told her she started arguing w me and cut it just to get me out of the chair! Absolute worst. I've never wished this upon anyone but I hope she gets fired for being such a bitter b**** at her clients. read more
